I agree with this complaint. I ordered two outfits from them. The quality of what they send you compared to what you actually see online are two different things! You are not getting the same item. The fabric, trims and quality of item that is sent is cheaper! Also no matter what size you order.. they send you something 2 - 3 sizers smaller. If you order the free necklaces, bracelets, earrings with the item, it doesn't come! I will never ever waste my money with them ever again. This company is scaming people out of their money. Please do not waste your time and money ordering from them.

I wish I saw these posts earlier, I've had much headache trying to get them to even ship my items in the first place...Its been a month since the order was placed. Every time their response is the same, "order is ready and will be shipped soon/24-48 hours"...I get told the same thing every week. I complained through Paypal and now UTSAV is telling me to withdraw my dispute case or they won't ship the item...forget it, the case is going to remain open until I get the refund, I can't be bothered waiting centuries more for them to decide to ship the order. They're a FRAUD and I know that now after discovering so much on the web about them.
