I am Jiju Jayaprakash, worked with Uttam Associates from March 2005 to Sept 2006. My client company was ICICI Bank - Two Wheeler loans. When I resigned from the company, as per my request they provide two PF nos. I don't know why it is 2. They are as below

3103 KOLLAM TN/50770/3822 JIJU JAYAPRAKASH
3358 QUILON TN/50770/3592 JIJU JAYAPRAKASH J
The client was not sure about which one is correct as it is come under the employer.
I had sent PF withdrawal forms to the company twice with both numbers since i not sure about the correct one but no response at all. Please help to get it done. Was this information helpful? | 
This is Shaik jani (TN/50770/6042) and I am not received my pf claim from Uttam Associates Chennai.
This is long back pending since 3 Months I am following up with them.
Kindly help us in this regard.
