V Trans staff does not behave properly. they do not know the meaning of respect.the same type is in mahad (raigad MS) junior staff has become the manager acts like his own company. Fed up wth their attitude. No cooperation. why senior people notice this
Dear sir,
We are associated with your transport from the last 5 years.
Recently our party had booked 2 consignments from Ahmadabad and by mistake he send us consignee copy for one material & for other consignment he sent us consignor copy.
In spite of our being regular customer your people refuse to give us the material, they even refuse to come on the phone and listen to the problem, if regular customers are treated this way we wonder what sort of treatment they give to other people.
We are now forced to change the transport service due to non cooperation & arrogant attitude.

Our Supplier 500kgs powder material booked on 22nd March 2010
from Pitambur(Maharastra) to Ambattur(Chennai).We have informed to the supplier, the materials are very urgent for our production.Our supplier asked the delivery time in the booking office.They are promised maximum 8 days. I am communicating
daily from 27.03.2010 to 2nd April 2010.We does not know, when will reach material here.They told me that, you contact the booking office.Then, we have called the booking office.They told me that, we have connecting material Hyderabad.so, you ask Hyderabad.Then, we asked the Chennai office. No one give
proper response.
Our order was cancelled due to our production delay.V-Trans will not think our 18Lakhs losses.Mistakes are happen.but, this type of mistake never happen.We are following material.No one (V-Trans)able to trace our material .I hope, God only punish them.Request to V-Trans top management
If you are effective, arrange this Customer care Phone should
active.([protected]).Remove unskilled staffs.Customers are
asset of the Company.Give the training to all your staffs in respectable manner.Phones are always engaging.They are
speaking 70% personal .I went several time.They are speaking
and laughing with his/her friend(Ambattur)through official phone.
