i have bought a V1655 model touchscreen videocon phone on 4th FEB 2011. i had my charger damaged in MAY and had gone for the charger to videocon care. but i didn't get. since then i had been repeatedly going there or calling in every month and result is the same. Finally i surrendered myself before the DAMNED company by using a nokia phone. I suggest that IF THE COMPANY IS UNABLE TO GIVE PROPER COSTUMER SERVICE IN MOBILE THEN IT IS BETTER TO STOP MOBILE PRODUCTION AND CONCENTRATE ON HOME APPLIANCES. Was this information helpful? |
V1655 — Bad services
Dear Sir,I am Raju Biswas ,I have problem with my handset .I had already complaint to your service center twice, but i am disappointed from their services. I also complained to customer care.
I have many problem regarding this phone and in this time i[censored] could not fix it ,then i have to go consumer court and complaint against your company:
1:Net problem (it does not work as PC suit)
2: slow process
3:Does not download any java application
4: Low Battery backup
5: low touch sensitivity
