Value Consulting is a H1B scam company, several people are affected by Value Consulting and frustrated don’t know what to do next. Here are list of steps to be taken to take legal action against them as soon as you came to know that you are cheated/abused by them. Please keep a copy of all complaints safely and all complaints are must so don’t miss anything from the list below

• The name of the H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (email subject)
• The address of the employer/company or location of the H-1B worker(s), including the city and state
• A description of the alleged violation, abuse, or suspected fraud

• Any other information that may be useful to investigate the alleged fraud or abuse
• Email subject with H-1B petitioning employer/company & owner name (Ashish Sawhney)
