Don't join this Vaps company by giving the 2 year bond and Original Certificated, won’t give the marks card back, at the time of joining HR will tell so many thing to requite the people after joining all the decisions will be taken by the MD Siddesh there no HR policy all the things are Siddesh policy’s only, he don’t know how to speak with employees. won’t give leave and won’t give back the marks card if you want marks card you have to pay the money for the company.

This is Raghunath, I started my carrier in April 2010 as Fresher. My starting salary is 3500/-, i worked over there around 5+ years in frequently i got increments. & finally at last year i got promotion with 4.9 lacs per annum.
Even i submitted my certificates and after tenure period i got my certificates.
You don't listen any one message, you are a graduate or PG, you can take your own decision and believe it. It depends on your behaviour and stability.
Finally i got relieving and I got my PF amount. There is no issue with any one in this esteemed organization.

I was reporting to Mr. Siddesh M.D. Even we worked together n travel together along with him across the country n stike the good deal. But never observed r experience such type negative behaviour with him. He is hard worker n displine person. Even it is learning experience working with him. I been relived from this company esteemed respect n settle all dues n with respectful exit interview we got relieved. We request friends not make false report against company r person.

I got an appointment letter for Sr.HR in VAPS technosoft i was working under Mrs.kanchana she was teaching everything in all the stages but Mr.sidhesh was the person he should learn how to treat with female employees, he was shouting front of everyone on employees its about self respect .
So i am desperately i was worried for it and i worked there for 1 month and i didn't took the salary due my health issues i quit.
I just want my marks cards i am really scared to go and ask Mr.Sidhesh because i dont have any back support to roam for police station and all if he simply file any complaints so i feel probationary period what they mention on appointment letter is its include employee decision also any one can please suggest me what should i do.

Friends, Please do not Join this company, you will spoil your future and your life. Worst Management the Language which Siddesh and Ramesh uses can't tolerated by any one. They don't respect women - the modules which they are using are outdated ones. Instead of working in this company better do to daily wages on any other small company.

I worked in client place and I have lot of support from the company. As I was electronics graduate, I learnt a lot of things about testing, database and communication during my tenure. I have left the company in 2012 due to my personal reasons.
After four years, I approached the company for my marks card and collected the marks card from the company.

VAPS Techno Soft Pvt. Ltd is a very bad company in the world which plays with people's career they take 2 years bond with original documents then after 2 years they didn't give any experience letter certificate. If the employee asks for any leave they didn't approve. Always scolding by Siddesh "MC" employees like animals.

No 1 cheating company, he is not only cheating he is cheating and threatening the clients. He is having old out dated software and give a good presentation and makes one sided bond, he will also take PDC (Post Dated Cheque) and cheat the clients.
