D.S. Associates in Faridabad are fraud property dealers. They have cheated and duped several people in the past and it is your responsibility to make people aware about these tricksters.

D.S. Associates is run by two brothers Deepak and Sandeep, and they have several complaints and cases against them registered of deceiving ordinary public. They run a kind of racket of swindling the money of general public who entrust them while buying property.

Do not buy any property from them otherwise you will land yourself in trouble. Save yourself and also make others alert who are planning to purchase any property, by not having any links with these fraudsters.

VASTU PROPERTY — BEWARE OF VASTU PROPERTY

This is to bring to your kind notice about a Property Dealer in Faridabad, who is cheating public in the name of providing sale / purchase of house. The Dealer used to make wrong calculations and force people to pay advance money and will not refund the money once found that the calculations are wrong. I was also one among the victims, and he had taken Rs. 20,000/- from me as Advance for purchase of a Plot in BPTP. He had done some wrong calculations and had taken the advance money from me and now he is not returning the money. He is having tie-ups with all the Financers in Faridabad and Cheat public by taking money and sharing it with the Financer.

I give below the details of the Property Deader who is cheating public like anything. Beware of this Cheater !!!!!!

VASTU PROPERTIES — REVOKING OF COMPLAINT

Even though I have not made any complaint against VASTU PROPERTIES Faridabad, somebody has submitted the complaint under my name in the bottom. Because of this Vastu has mis-understood this and is claiming that I have placed this complaint against him. Any way if any complaint has been placed against Vastu Properties, the same may be REVOKED and be treated as NULL AND VOID.

Even though I have not made this complaint against Vastu Properties, some body has put my name in the bottom of the complaint and hence Vastu is claiming that I have made this complaint. But the fact is that I have not made any complaint against Vasu Properties Faridabad and the Previous complaint if any may be Treated Null and Void.

sir we have buyed some property from simply vaastu real estate from pawan sethi sector 19 faridabad we don't agree with you he help us so much which we can't forget, this boy is working good in property line other wise we have seen some property dealer which we don't want to talk about it they are so bad dealer no commitment but he always there for us, we have buyed 3 property from him . but i don't know why are you saying like this talk to him i am sure he help you to solve the problem . umesh
