[Resolved]  vastuland realtors Pvt Limited — Non registry and payback without interest

Details of Complain:
Booked a plot in Vastu Vaibhav (Plot No: 99,Khasra No: 242/2,mesuring total area of 1862 Sq.ft situated at village: Rahangi,P.H.no:05 with in the limits of tahasil: Bilha,Dist: Bilaspur(Chhatishgarh)in the name of G.K.Mohanty in the month of ocober,2010.After false assurance of registration of the said plot in my name (each time the vendor representative Mr Susital Fouzdar,contact No:[protected]assured to register in next 30 days),the limit of patience exceeded with a lot of tension doubting the authenticity of the seller.At last in the month of November,2011,I opted for with drawl from the race of registration.The seller remitted back the exact amount deposited by me(ie Rs 5,74,000/-)in october 2010,but refused to give me back the interest on the amount kept deposited(ie. Rs 5,75,000) for last 13 months.Since there is no fault from my side as I wait for the registration for nearly 13 months and at the same time the fault is with the vendor/seller,he should pay penal interest on the amount deposited.
