[Resolved] Vatika Group — Breach of Agreement

I am booked 300 yd plot in Vatika Infotech City, Jaipur in Feb., 2006 and paid more than 80% amount, but Vatika Group fail to handover the plot as per agreement i.e. one year and not given reply of my email request and not considered my request for compensation for delay of the project.

Dear Sir,

I had also booked a similar plot at vatika infotech city jaipur and till date have paid 90% of the payment amount. The vatika group has not yet given the possession of my plot and they neither have the intension to do so. I am senior citizen and have invested my hard earned saving with vatika group. I request the like minded people to join hands and request the company to pay back our money with interest. It would be nice of you to forward me your contact details for further interaction.
