Venkat-BPO — Harassing by forwarded sms

Dear Sir,
I have a Airtel number for the last decade. Yesterday night at 4:44am i recieved an sms from [protected] number, which read 'Todays offer Rs.6000. all industry, rich,car, stock, investor,ceo, cfo, hospital, doctor, 32 crore email, 10 crore mobile data base call [protected]'... After repeated calling I figured out that it belongs to somebody called Venkat in chennai. I believe it is a call center and they work 24x7. inspite of repeatedly asking Venkat continued to say that we work like this and I will have to face this kind of sms 24 hrs in a day. this was not all after that i received another sms saying 'Today i am in Pragathi maidan we will meet and followed by another sms 'we are the company. we respect u r angry and u can take any action'at 9:22am.
My point is why do these numbers keep on disturbing me and many others in spite of TRAI regulations and me being registered in Do-not-disturb list. Why don’t these guys apologise for their misbehaviour and instead continue to threaten us to face such situations? I want an immediate action to this and request you to kindly allow us to lead our lives.
