Facing problem with bajaj insurance for not giving claim

Dear sir

I am owning a VERNA TN02AC6698. Few days before i had a 2 accident so i claimed insurance with Bajaj Auto Insurance in Nugambakkam Main Brach, Chennai. My policy with bajaj alliance number OG[protected]-00019745. I met with a small accident and my car rear bumper got damage a little and front wheel bolds got little damage. And at the same night when i park my car at home in the open car park area there was a tree which fell down and hit my car and the security person told there was a damage in my front car glass.

I went to service station next day morning and raised a claim in Bajaj Auto Insurance. They send serviour person and he could have coated in his servey it was not a insident and they have rejected my claim. Then i spoke to the MANAGER MR. MANIKANDAN who is incharge in Nugambakkam Branch Chennai, he told that it could have happen because of the glass beeding was not fitten correctly and it may be some air crack and I was requesting him that I can brning my vehicle to your place and please have a look at the vehicle because the damange was clearly shown there is some mark but he did not accept and not even given proper reply and finally he rejected my claims.

1. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY MY CLAIM GOT REJECTED?

2. DO I GET MY RESONABLE CLAIM OR NOT?

3. SHOULD I REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION?

The incident is happend just 2days before, so should i wait till you respond my questions?

The total amount for front glass and rear bumper and front wheel blod damages it comes around Rs. 20,000/- apox.

Verna Car — Engine Falior

Respected Sir,

We have bought one Verna car six month back no. PB10CM 3009 from Godawri motors Ludhiana on the name of our company Jay Cee Enterprises Pvt Ltd. The car has run only 20500km till date. But on 21st of May when I started my car & just run about 200mtr their was a noise from the engine I stopped the car & call your people to check but they also could not start the car then they took the car in the service station. Today they have asked me that the one of the valve has been failed & engine has been stacked & asking me to repair the engine over all. Sir I have bought the new car & your company has provided me the three year guaranty of the engine. I request you to change my engine instead of repair as if I needed the repaired engine I could go for the second hand car. We are looking for the full co-operation & support from your company to ensure the long term good relation. First Verna have bought PB10CH6967 from Pioneer Ludhiana on the name of Amar Jacquard than PB10CM 3009 on the name of Jaycee Enterprises (Pvt.)Ltd from Godawri Motors Ludhiana & last PB10CN 0401 on the name of Amar Jacquard Ludhiana. We are owning three cars at presented & were planning one more Verna for out Delhi office but now I am afraid about the performance of your engine all my cars are not older than 8months even the last I bought in the month of April only. Looking forward with the solution of the situation from your company.

Car Insurance — not giving the claim

my car number DL3C BB 1142. i have a given a latter from oriental that i will b getting the claim back for 50% as i hold an insurence from icici lombard at the same time .which is not true and verified with lombard head office new delhi. its been 3months i m struglling to get the claim back . its a kind of mental pressure i have got from oriental . orienatal is asking me to get a proof that i dont have insurence with lombard which does not exist at all . please help me ......................

Car Insurance — ignoring and not giving any detail in writing

1. I want to state here that my car new sx4 PB02(TEMP2009) AZ528 met with an accident on 18 Nov 09 in Bareilly. i am working with Indian air force and am posted to Bareilly.
2 My claim no. is1362834 my car was a total loss. I was driving the car along with my colleague on the fateful day.
3 I kept on calling the people in icici Lombard at Bareilly.as well as Lucknow regarding the update on my case but I never got a response. After regular telephonic conversation for 3 months i was told that in my statement i have written the date to be 18 Oct instead of 18 Nov 09.and on this basis my case is being rejected.I was advised by them to write the statement again and dispatch it on their lucknow address to Mr viveet gupta
4 I did so and also sent the photocopy of job card along with the statement of my colleague stating that accident took place on 18 nov 09.
5 After this I regularly called on the concerned person on response of which i was only told that this will take time .It is almost 5 months now and nothing has been done by people sitting at icici lombard .
6 I have gone under mental trauma due to such response by them .
I have been told telephonically by them yesterday that they are rejecting my case , however till date i have not got anything in writing by them.
