Dear All,
Greetings……
My Name is Umesh Kumar Sharma, and I am also a Victim of VETA (AMOHA EDUCATIONPVT LTD, Chennai). I took over one of the RTC centre of VETA in Trivandrum, Which they sold me on manipulated Financials records and Fake promises in Sept. 2014. I was in loose from the 1st month of taking the centre. I contacted the Veta management hundreds of times and informed them about the same. But as per their promise and commitments they never supported me. After huge financial loos and hard work for almost two years I decided to stand strong against the policies, partial behaviour and unethical practices of VETA officials. Suddenly in Sep 2016 I received a termination notice for my centre from VETA, Chennai Office, on the basis of fake complaint, forged documents and unnecessary allegations.
I moved to district court against their illegal termination of my centre and compensation for my huge investment, and hard work for two years. But the courts dismissed my plea due to arbitration clause in the franchisee agreement. After that in 2017 they started an arbitration case against me with one of their known advocate as arbitrator in Chennai, till then the case is going on and I am fighting against them even after losing a huge amount appear for each hearing in last 6 years. Being a north Indian I am not able understand their language as they prefer Tamil language and do not entertain English or Hindi, due to their Ego, attitude and a partial behaviour towards me still I am fighting in a hope that I j will get justice one day.
I request you all if you can help in this matter, as if we all can join our hands to teach them a lesson for cheating, extracting our hard earned money, and harassing us. I am prepared to go up to the highest court of law in India for the same.
Kindly call me at 8592849489 for any support you can render to me in this case, so we will get justice,
Anticipating an early response, as we have next hearing on 27/03/2021.
Thanking You,

Hi, The class was excellent, my knowledge in English was very poor, but the Fluent English Course in VETA franchising made improvements in my speaking skill. In the center even the Grammar classes were not boring and I enjoyed each & every activity. Thanks to Veta Franchise
Hi.. those who are planning to take a Veta franchisee BEWARE...
They will give you a warm welcome at Chennai, give you a good lunch and promise impeccable support, once you start functioning they will keep on saying different excuses and default the royalty payment. There is no streamlined franchisee redressal system and appoint egotists and people with no strategic expertise as Regional Manager, we had a tough time communicating with one Mr. Vinod Alex whose demeanor though seemed friendly had a hidden agenda to favour few of his favorite franchisees as a matter of fact they keep on changing the royalty sharing ratio . The modus operandi for royalty itself is so lame, every franchisee have to deposit the collections in their bank account after that they will deduct the fees from it and pay us the royalty, this process itself may take months and we have never received not even one royalty payment on time moreover they will deduct some money from it without any explanation and if we go to Regional Manager with complaint he will give a huge "bhaashan" . The lethargic team in the corporate office functions as if they are doing the franchisees a favour and very pathetic communication. Well I lost almost 8 lacs in Veta. By deep introspection one can understand that this model of business has lost its charm, its doomed in the blitz of schemes for skill development sponsored by the Central and State government. Please don't invest your hard earned money, so that few people who don't know the value of a promise or commitment can cherish.

I was planning to take this franchise
I was planning to take this franchise
I was planning to take Veta franchise. But the attitude of their regional manager made me to step back. He spoke as if there is no other option other than Veta for spoken english.
Any body would go for that to get profits out of their brand name and experience. But Veta should also keep in mind that it is the franchise owners who work day and night to improve the business at local centres. It should be a mutual benefit.
Thank god after reading these reviews, now I feel I took a good decision.
