Dear Sir,
I am working with Viable Associates, Bhuj since two years. My CTC includes the amount of PF which is payable by both the parties. However I am unable to receive that amount from Viable Associates. Moreover, the salary which we are getting is not fixed and differs all the time. We are not even entitled for any kind of leave as per factories act. On probing, I was told by Viable Associates, that “don’t question much otherwise you will not even get this”.
Dear Sir, I belong to a family which is not very effluent and on the top of it, I have to look for my family and children. So, this is my request to please look into the matter. This is the complaint not only by me but all of the other workmen who are working with Viable Associates.
I am sure you will take appropriate action regarding this.
