Dear Sir/ Mam
I have Booked a plot in Vian City - Neemrana project From Builder M/s Vian Infrastructure Ltd in Dec'06.
I have paid 50% Payment of total amount (3 lacs) till Apr-2007. Still there is no construction work started at the proposed site.
Now builder is neither responding and agreeing to return back my money & refused to cancell the booking.
Matter is pending since 6 years & my money is held up.
Vian Infrastructure has started 4 projects at different sites but non of them is successfully completed & all are pending & it is a fraud with the customers.
