i had bought a VIDEOCON washing machine MODEL NO. : K6200DX ; SERIAL NO. : 000116 on 10/07/08 whose AMC started at 09/07/2010 and ended at 09/07/2011 HCP NO.: 036690I WANT TO COMPLAINT HERE THAT MY MACHINE UNDERWENT LOTS OF PROBLEMS AND I REQUESTED FOR ITS REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF ENGINEER IMRAN ANSARI([protected]) BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED TILL TODAY. EVEN THE ENGINNERS OR THE COMPLAINT CENTER EMPLOYEES DIN'T GAVE ANY RESPONSE TO MY CALLS. MY MACHINE IS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
SO, I WANT YOUR URGENT ATTENTION IN THIS CASE .
secondly, i contacted SERVICE CENTER LUCKNOW BRANCH INCHARGE MR. ABHISHEK TRIPATHI ([protected]) . A SERVICE ENGINEER WAS SENT TO MY HELP, HE TOOK MY MACHINE TO THE WORKSHOP BUT THE MACHINE WAS RETURNED WITHOUT ANY CHANGES, IT WASNT WORKING AS PREVIOUSLY.
AGAIN AN ENGINEER CAME AND THIS REPEATS BUT THE PARTS ARENT AVAILABLE IS THE LAME REASON GIVEN BY THEM ALWAYS.
