[Resolved]  Village/ Taluk office — Yet to issue ownership document

I am working Maharashtra for last 20 years. My father died . Now I have to convert all property to my name . Therefore I submitted all necessary documents in Village office , Thoppumpady , Kochi, Kerala . They completed the file and forwarded to Taluk ofiice (Fort Kochi) . Taluk Office returned back the file to Village Office. The footballing of the said file to both office is continued till date , For this I am yet to achieve my target.

GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT MEANS HOPELESS DEPARTMENT.

Funny thing is that I sent an email asking help to the offical email ID's of Ernakulam District Collector, Secretary Revenue Department Kerala, Minister Revenue Department Kerala, Chief Minister Kerala.
Till date no reply or feedback from them also.

Since all the employees of all the above offices are GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, should I expect the functioning of these offices also HOPELESS similar to Village and Taluk office.

Request to help / guide me in this regard .

If this email is received with a GOVERNMENT approach my next destination should be Consumer Forum.

I fully agree with your decision of approaching the Consumer Forum. If the gov. employees are not doing their duties properly, we are helpless and feel sorry for them, but take further approaches so that they will be compelled to do the necessaries. Our people is yet to learn the politeness of responding to a communication.

I fully agree with your view. Once I approched District Public Information officer in want of an information on ownership certificate. I asked that "what are documents need to submit to estblish the ownership of a land and whom to be approched for this" under RTI act. After 30 days I received a replay stating that "the related documents are not held with this office so the information canot be provided". Now I have approched State Information Officer and RTI commission for the necessery action on this hopeless govt. servent who canot guide a coomn man on such maters
