When I went to S.B.O.P Bareta to take computerised passbook of my PPF Account, clerk mukesh verma denied to issue passbook and told that bank has not any PPF Stationary from last two years,then I went to manager to
complaint he aslo told the same and misguide me that it
is a govt. Account not our responsibility. In this bank clerk mukesh never completes passbooks of customers. Was this information helpful? |
