Damaged baggage not compensated
I was travelling on[protected] from Kochi to Delhi . The luggage VIP Tolly was handed over to me after 2 hours of landing of air craft in the damaged condition,
I was intimated that my Baggage has reached Delhi via Bombay.My baggege found damaged in the way.
Based on my complaint JETLITE representative collected the Trolly from my house in 3-4 days But now after 3 months, the things, has not been settled.
I am tired & frustrated.
Jetlite is requested to look into tme matter.
