VIPUL MEDCORP Pvt Ltd — No response from Vipul Medcorp TPA even after No of complains more than 2 year old case.

I have given 2 claims since long time, ebvn after following up personally many a times no one is responding, they are just passing the ball to different basket, the most pathetic services i have got as the claim is more than 2 year,there is no communication from there side, in spite of submitting the document and inspite of showing them the attached acknowledgement they are replying mail after 4 to 5 reminder that show me the acknowledgement.I think consumer court should intervene as they are simply harressing the policy holders and agents.I have all the acknowledgement copies with me.

File No : 11RB11NII 4948 so please return by mail that which courier you have sent my cheque.

this is a scam !!!

1. It took your organisation 4 months to come to a decision - Rejection. Do you realise the stress that a middle-class family goes through when we struggle through the recovery process of the patient and the burden of hospitalization expenses which is why we rely on a mediclaim policy ?

2. We had submitted all hospital and patient related documents in original formats at your Mumbai office for the mediclaim analysis. After 4 months and several follow-ups without any proactive response from your organisation, we were told that our claim is rejected. When we requested for our original documents to be sent back to us, we were told to come to the office and meet a Mr. Swain for our documents. We did that twice and also tried calling/texting on his mobile number which we gathered from your other office colleagues..we are still awaiting a response to our calls and messages. Your other office members say that they cannot help us get our documents back

3. Login to our policy on your website doesnt work: 261900/48/11/[protected]

4. BOI National Swasthya BIMA Policy is not listed in the drop down for this TAPS Grievance Module


The attitude from your organisation so far indicates some kind of a sham. All we are requesting are our original documents back so we can arrange for money from a more trusted insurance organisation.

Kindly treat this matter as URGENT as these documents can save our dad's life !!!
