I purchase your virgin mobile on local mobile shop, now he goes america and my mobile V-Bling have a problem like Tower not connected, Heating problem.
Your service Center give me DOA Certificate for this mobile.and loss my original bill

I had taken a Virgin mobile pre-paid connection on 12th jan 2009 from NAIDUMOBILES, T.K street, tirupati and submitted all my documents including Photo ID and address proof. After using the mobile for 4 days, the outgoing calls are disconnected.a will go to near virgin care ask him he says my first photo id is rejected.after i am submitted another photo id and address proof, 20th jan 2009 but now not working my mobile plz the service be restored again.my mobileno:[protected]

I send the SMS for Deactivate Spicy Jokes 16/5/9 .5.15 PM(unsub Spicy) with My Name Manoj, but did not deactivate Spicy Jokes Service when I talk to Customer Executive then he reply why you wrote your name for the Deactivate request of above service.
while nobody informed to me that do not written your name.
when I request to customer care by mail & SMS to deactivate my Service last month 16th Apr also by complaint No.VBL07017641 in order to cancel and refund the amount to My account & refunded my 30 Rs by company also even have activated the above service.
So Plz credit my 30 Rs which debited my account for the charge of above service ASAP
