Quite surprised to see your post, as I applied through the same consultancy and was quite happy with their service. I obtained my family visa within a year and am in the process of moving overseas. They have also helped me in securing a proper accomodation overseas. I will surely refer my friends to this company but again I have applied for a family PR application, so my experience might differ.
Not recommended. I have not applied there . But I was there on the process of shortlisting a good agency. They are poorly staffed and do not have qualified people for the work . But they are the most expensive and in return there are no gurantees.
