Sir I have purchased Airtel Recharge of 66/- rs From Vishal Provision Store on this recharge he charged me 1/- rs extra saying that it is 'My service tax' ,and when i ask him for the bill of rs 67/- of the purchased recharge he refused to give me the bill ,he also misbehaved and used abusive language i have audio as well as Video proof of it. so i have to lodge complaints against the shop .
