Vishnu Bhavan Sweets — Higher Charges

I purchased 1Lt Bisleri Water bottle 17th May 2012 from Vishnu Bhavan Hotel, Vishnu Bhavan Sweets Opp KSRTC Bus stand B N Road Mysore and MRP is Rs.15/- but they charges Rs.17/- on inquiry she told that this is our price and great shame is that she has given me receipt i.e Bill No 3 Dt.17/5/2012. I told her that I am lodging complaint with Commercial Tex Dept, even though she was not bothered. I called Commercial Tex office Mysore and contacted PA of Mr.Kasturappa Commercial Tex Officer and complaint against this. PA consoled me saying that she will inform me what action they have taken. But as usual govt authority never care for such day light robbery So far I not heard from Dept, I called 5 times Mr.Kasturappa office inspite of that I not heard anything from them. This is our so called Govt work.

I will take this issue upto Minister to teach a lesson to Vishnu Bhavan Sweets Mysore. Once side we are telling that Athiti Devo Bahva another side we are allowing to loot tourists. It is happened with me If it happened with any foreign tourist it is shame to our India.
