viswanagamrutha real estates — fail to do registration as told in agreement

iam subbarao my mother buyed a site under installments which last installment we payed in 1996.after that they told us that they will register in 1 year we have an agreement made in 1994 in which they ensured after installments they promise to register our site.we had all the receipts given by them with us.more than 2 lacs we payed to them.previously they told that we will register your site in a soon.now they are intimidating us when we ask for registration. iwant advise from you is the consumer protection act save us and make them to register please give us an advise
