Vmoksha Technologies Pvt Ltd — Final Settlement, Gratuity .

I do not understand Vmoksha's utter disrespect for the law. They don't even pay the gratuity amount.

i know this employee, she had gone on a very long preganancy leave by resigning and later after some years joined again. Due to her breakup of Employment she was not due of any gratuity.
She is very arrogant and used to misbehave a lot in the Office

I kow this employee. She had gone for her pregnancy by resigning. But joined back after 1.5 - 2 years. Due to her break in employment she was not eligible for gratuity. she has always been a very arrogant person what i had gathered from her personality.

Wow all the complaints you are getting you are just telling arrogant bad behaviour blah blah blah.. But what about my case.. I worked with the very good clients and when I resigned I completely survived notice period... I got very good client appreciaiton also.. But still till now I didn't received my final settlement .. i resigned almost 2.5 yrs back... Whenever I am calling they are telling 'We are funding problem we will reveal the settlement soon..' sometimes finace person is on leave.. or in meeting or call after 10 days.. When I asked what is the matter Directly security person told me that they are telling him not to give any calls about final settlement... What kind company is this? I know around 30 people who didn't got final settlement from past 3 years.. Please dont spoil the reputation.. we should not feel bad that we aroked in such type of compnay..

Full and final settlement is an issue for those employees only who have not completed their notice period otherwise there is no other problem every month there are birthday celebrations for all employees, fresher recognition

Hello All,

I have not got my bond money as company have told me to leave the organization. The HR that time told me that i will be getting my bond money within 1 month but it has been more than 1 month since i resigned but still no response from them.

Even they have blocked my email id to there server and when i am sending mails to them the mails are bouncing. It cant get ugly than this.

I don't know how you can say like full and final settlement was not a problem.
I Left Vmoksha on March 2010 After Serving My Full Notice period
I did not got half of My full and final settlement
