This employee has not given any Name of himself. looks like he is just trying to take out his frustration since his services might have been terminate for misconduct / non performance / fraud.
There were some Employees working for a Client of VMoksha named BOC Edwards - UK. They conspired with the client Anil Patel (IM Director) and moved the account to another Company Patni and harmed the company for crores. There is a FIR filed against them which i saw on the net. FIR Number 0285. Indiranagar Police Station 20 July 2009 against Vishwanathan Ganesan, Anujit Ghosh, Prataya Bhattacharya, Joseph Raphael.

If that is the case, I can arrange all the employees who have not received their final settlement to visit your premises on a single day and I'm sure that number will go above hundred. Are you willing to settle the dues at least for performers/non fraudsters out of them? Do you think there were so many non performers/fraud employees in your organisation of 100 members? OR is it that who ever leaves your organisation for better prospects is considered a fraud? Now I advice the clients/ prospective clients of Vmoksha Technologies as well to avoid this fraud company. Also please note that I have not given my name because VMOKSHA MANAGEMENT IS VERY DANGEROUS and it is indicated by the false cases they have filed against former employees (names listed above in Mr S Kohli's post)

Full and final settlement is an issue for those employees only who have not completed their notice period otherwise there is no other problem every month there are birthday celebrations for all employees, fresher recognition
It is a great place to work. They have such a good programme for freshers in the mobile apps are, my seniors are so good they thought me so well and now I have offers of three to four times my present salary as a fresher, my career has really been built up

Not true, all employees are working since many years, salaries are paid in time, Seniors are approachable to resolve issues at any time. new joinees and freshers gain loads of experience. full and final settlements are issues with few employees of the past who have resigned without notice period and creating bad name for the company

vmoksha does not make full and final settlement, it seems more than 100 of ex-employees have tried many times to approach CEO or management, they are not allowed to interact.
Any mail with subject final settlement gets blocked and does not reach management or ceo mail id.
they are purposefully stopping all final settlements, they dont understand the paid of employees

check with gratuity department on the possibility to get the gratuity. Vmoksha can not hold gratuity as it is against law. employees can file complaint and approach court and within 6 months they can get their gratuity amount if company does not agree.
vmoksha is not doing well, they dont have any clients and have sacked about 100 employees in the last 1 to 2 years.

As mentioned by many employees, it is true that Vmoksha has not paid full & final settlement to many employees, it would be about 100 employees or more.
They dont even clear the gratuity of employees left after serving more than 5 years with the company.

Please dont join this company, though salaries are paid on time there are issues with the management, they dont have many clients and no good projects.

I have not got my bond money as company have told me to leave the organization. The HR that time told me that i will be getting my bond money within 1 month but it has been more than 1 month since i resigned but still no response from them.
Even they have blocked my email id to there server and when i am sending mails to them the mails are bouncing. It cant get ugly than this.

Till July they paid salary. My Last day was 14 September, 2012. I served the notice period as well as per documents.
They sacked many including me and my 1.5 month salary is due. December 2012 I part payment.
I am regularly visiting their office and send mail, today they have blocked my mail id also.
As I went to office and if i don't get the money, then I will go to labour court.
I have EMI to pay. How we can have patience.

Worst company anybody can work in. signing bonds with desparate job seeking freshers and taking 1.20 lakhs from them in case if they leave the firm. Snatching marks cards from the freshers and keeping with them. Asking employees to leave the firm forceably and telling that the employees are resigning to gain better opportunities. FAKE Company FAKE people. Job seekers better hang urself rather than joining this company.
