Have been receiving another customer's bills and Vodafone is not not entertaining my complaints

I have been receiving someone else's Vodafone bills on email. I have made numerous complaints to Vodafone but to no avail. my number is [protected]

Regarding callertunes and deducting money in my account

Customer care person name: Mohammad I am not activated any caller tune. i got a call from customer care just i recived the call but it is activated and also in my account first 45/- rs deducted
