Vodafone/ Hutch — Forged Mobile Bill
Time and again i have told to the managers i spoke and also sent mail that the bill received is completely forged and had been misused by some one else. Instead of any investigation and action taken against this, i have been receiving mails and telephones from their end to make the payment. Everytime i have given the same explanation, which would result in stoppage of this fudge but after a period of time the whole procedure of calls would start again to make the payment. i have also sent a detailed mail along with bill details for investigation but i have heard nothing from your Hutch/Vodafone.Incident
Bill period from 1st to 20th of billing month for mobile number [protected] has not been used by me. I had called Customer care before 1st of the month and had informed that i want to discontinue with this number but instead the misuse of the number started which i was not aware of. Also to inform you that the above number was the "Add on number" which i had taken on the [protected].
Inconvenience: [protected] was my regular number which i had taken as a corpoate connection in J.P Morgan chase and was using since 2 years for which i have been paying my bills regularly. Instead of solving the issue my both connection were taken off which had resulted in loss of contact and caused a great inconvenince.
Every time i have spoken to any of the managers/ colleagues in company i have been given assurances that this would be resolved but non have responded on this issue with a solution, instead everytime a new person would call for the collection of the payment.
this is heights o[censored]nprofessionalism and this is really getting on my nerves.

"Vodafone Flash" service was automatically activated on my Vodafone mobile without any alert from Vodafone, I had received more than 171 flash messages within 7 days. Vodafone charged me Rs513/- for useless services to me.
In connection with the above, I have received bill dt.28.08.2009 for Rs.1113.57 It is observed from the bill that 171 SMS sent on special number 52425 is not correct as have not requested any special number SMS. The same request was generated automatically by service provider. In this connection I have raised the complaint No.SR#[protected] with vodafone centre at DOMBIVALI WEST on 13.09.2009 after receiving the bil to mr.vivek
i have not paid bill yet as they have not replied to complaint.
they have disconnected my service though i paid rs.300 against this billl on 2.10.09
kindly help me in this matter.
