Please unsubscribe caller Tune for which I have complained customer care many times also sent SMS day before yesterday with "UNSUBCT" to 51234

whats happening with Vodafone.Are you people running in search of lost dog or what.Today 19//04/2009 i was trying to deactivate my caller tune and to know the procedure i called up to customer care number and for about 10 minutes and 5 calls the machine ws continuosly saying with a recorded message please wait we will connect you to customer care with a pre recorded tone.I got irritated and stopped calling back.All of a sudden i received a message from 6789 saying was our vodafone IVR system helpful in solving your problem.These is happening with the customer care.This Vodafone is Network Doesn't connect

Pls send me the code of song "meri soni meri tammana" from the movie "Yaadno ki baaraat i". I tried a lot to find it on vodafone website but i couldn't. I have Vodafone Prepaid Connection.

Vodafone — without my permission the setting dialler tone

i am vodafone customer,

during the roaming period i got call from vodafone, that call for dialer tone setting, i cut my line immediately but the took Rs 1/=, and the setting the dialle tone without my permission and took thirty rupees from balance, i had given the complaint to customer care they we will credit that amount within 24 hr but they not credit my account . my complaint number is[protected].

my question are
1. how they set dialer tone with out my permission ?
