i am a regular customer of voda phone from last 1 year. number is [protected] and is the name of P.R kumar.i am using a plan of 444.i am complaining to customer care every month about my bill. it always come more than my usage. i never do sms and it gives the bill of my std and local sms. my very important concern is that today i wanted to check how the bill get generated. i spoke to 2 min to a local network. and my bill got increased by Rs 12.i spoke to Custmer Care. bt they simply said thet they will not be able to help me as it is unbilled amount. advised me to check the bill after 1 mnt. is it possible for me to keep the record of every call to track my bill. i am very upset. and i am also not sure whether you will be able to help me.because the supervisor also is not helpful.i would request you if you could help me in this concern. i am very unhappy with the service and the customer care .
i would really appreciate if you could resolve my problem ASAP.

Vodaphone activated a silly caller tune on my prepaid connection no. [protected] and deducted Rs.35/- from my balance. I have been complaint several times on customer care but attender says, caller tune has activated, because I wish to activate. This is not the way exploit the consumer so cheaply.
Rest I have been receving their ad call 5 to 6 time within a day. I think customer grievance are not being seriously entertaining by VODAPHONES.
Now I wish to get rid of that silly caller tune / ad calls / ad SMS without sparing my money & time and credit my balance with deducted amount.

I am holding vodaphone connection since last four years. My vodaphone no is [protected]. I am facing the problem of poor singnals since last 40 days. Previously I found not such problem of signal at my home. I have lounched the complaint vide no.
[protected] on 3rd Septmber08.While asking the action, It was replied by Mr. gaurav, Custmer care executive on 19th Sept. that It will be not solve recently. If you want you may return the sim back.
Now a days in this compititive market, rather improving the service network, company is replying to give back the sim card.
Iam unhappy with the service of the company and custmer care.

VODAPHONE IS CHARGING ME Rs.6, 500 COZ SOMEONE ELSE DID NOT PAY !!!
I got a vodaphone connection # [protected] in '07 and used it just for a month. After that i had submitted a letter asking them to disconnect, which they did not. Interestingly i did not get any bills after this but, i was in for a big surprise !. Vodaphone customer CARE executives started calling and harassing me on my other vodaphone number saying that my phone number [protected] is under use in Karnataka(while the SIM card is with me in Delhi) and deducted Rs.6, 500 from my other phone as well as disconnected it. Is this the kind of business ethics that an MNC operates with???? Shame on your company .

During long journey its helpful wheather I know which place I reach in my Vodaphone [protected], but it not working in my Nokia 2630

i have use ur conction no [protected].i recived one call o[censored]r sales executive he told me to conect ur no prepaid to postpaid only one fifty per month rental so i, give to ur executive two fifity rs. cash and after one days again i recived one call for ur verfication departement he told me one fifty rent +service carge and +caller id charges. so i told him i am not convert my conection prepaid to postpaid he says he return my two fifity rs in just 24 hours but i am not recived my amount

Vodafone — without permission download of caller tune
Last month Voda phone in formed me that I have successfully download caller tune and Rs 30/= per monthy will be charged for that.I immediately contacted customer care and asked them how they download caller tune for me with my permission.? The customer care people assured me that they will look in to the matter and nothing will be charged in the bill.But I found that Rs 30/- have been charged for download for this month bill.I strong condemn this activity of vodaphone.I will switch over to other service provider if my grievance is not redressed.Dr Surajit Ghosh

Vodafone — Activation of caller tune without my permisssion
On 28.01.2009 a caller tune was activated without my permission and Rs. 45/- was deducted from my balance. I sent SMS to delete and refund the deduction. I contacted the customer care service. The person receiving my call replied that this was done due to their mistake, the caller tune has been deleted but the balance cannot be refunded. What is this? [protected] gprs not activate
