16.09.2008 morning i get a SMS & after get it a caller turn is seat at my no.& 30/- deducted from may balance.
after this i call your customer care but nobody take no action for help me.
but one person who’s name SUMITA CHATERJEE try to help me.
at 20.09.2008 when i call your customer care one man use some vary bad language.
so i want to help form your service. please give some response after receiving this.

Vodafone — complaint on caller tune
my self C. Vijaya Chandra, My mobile number is [protected]. please consider my complaint, unnecessarily deducted caller tune charge. with in 18 days. My money is deducted 75 rupees with in less time . and the caller tune activated another one . please consider my request.Vodafone — about caller tune
i had a service call from vodafone...it had detailss about different caller tunes...i had not changed my caller tune still my caller tune is changed...does caller tune changes just by receivin n hearin your advertisement completely pls request sir,
