I am AKhilesh Maheshwari. I am working with MNC. Actually last week i was going to my home Town Sikandara Rao Disstt. Hathras(Uttar Pradesh).
My mother is using the Vodafone connection. I talk with Your Customer care executive (Mr. Brijesh) on date 13.03.2009 time 05:50:51 AM. I can't believe that a world class service provider having illiterate and rude customer care.
I was call you Customere Care Executive Mr. Brijesh's language he was using... oh my God...I can't believe Vodafone has such customer care executive who doesn't know how to speak to the customer. I am showing his laguage some laguage word in Hinglish.
Mathechod Ko Kafi Der se Bata Raha Hoon Behhan Chod Manta Hi Nahi. Mein Tera BAap Bol raha. etc. All abuse are i cant write to you I have Recording of this matter when i was listen that word Really i was Red attitude that time i was socked.

Request you look into the matter and not hire such a rude person at least in customer care who doesn't know how to speak.

I can't believe that a world class service provider having illiterate and rude customer care.

Now I am ready for Go with TRY and Court for that Vodafone executive behavior.

    dear sir
    my name is bhupinder singh from jalandhar punjab .i having a no of vodafone ( [protected]) i really face network problem anywhere always my call disconnect when i am call to my frind of when i recive my personal call . i am regular customer of vodafone company have also 2 more number of vodafone company so i am helpless i cant change my no . i often did complaint regarding netwok problem to customer care but customer care don't give me good responce . so plzzzzzz help me and tell me what can i do for my this problem.

      The vodaphone customer care is very poor. First of all, thery are not clear on the actions they need to do on complaint.
      When I call 1st time after lost of my sim at 9PM : The response was I need to go to police station and get the FIR then need to go to local Vodafone store to block the sim. I requested them to block it for tempararily as it should not get misused by any one because I could fine Vodashore during night to block it. Their response was they can not do that and their complany policy will not allow that. Even if they make request to block, it will take 3 working days to get sim blocked.

      When I call 2nd time after lost of my sim at 10PM: The response from assoicate that he need to inform my mobile information to his supervisor. He will block it very soon. I required to go to vodastore with police FIR copy to get new sim with same number.
      Result: They did not block sim and it was active after 10AM next day.

      When I call 3rd time to get status of Sim block request I made earlier at 11AM: The response was the SIM was active and not blocked and it is not possible to block without FIR from police station and that too need to be done at local voda phone store.

      Then I went Voda phone store first to inform: The reply was no need of FIR copy, just need ID proof and address proof to block old sim and issue new SIM.

      The Conclusion is: No customer security avaiable for Voda phone subscribers. If you lost your sim, it can be misused customer care never bothers on that. So be careful of your self.

        i called to customer care on 13th march for deactivating the std plan after 3 days till the plan was not deactivated again called up but the way customer care executive spoke to me is very bad ...very rudely they used to speak the executive names are jitendra deshpande, and avinash thuosif don't have common sense ...they never transfer the call to their bloody supervisors they used to tell supervisors are in meeting .

        Vodafone — customer care reply is worse

        i am using vodafone/karnataka circle. the given no for customer care is [protected] after 11.00 pm if i try for some problem ther is no reply or nothing.

        so please do favaour for direct customer care officers contact number.

        automated reply is not helful for our urgent needs.

        i face severe irritation yestday night i was tried there is no proper way to contact that people.
        I hold a vodafone connection for the last 4 years and have a premuim custmer as per them. recently, I was away and could not pay their June bill on time. Since, I was away and my india no. was switched the collection people at vodafone treid callingall the numbers from the dial list - till the time they found out my parent's number.Then they called my mother had threatned her to ask your son to pay !!!

        Did you notice ur vodafone bill. Pls check sms charges applied on 31 Dec 2008, I am using Corp 248 plan, which has provision of 200 sms free every month. For me 1INR/SMS charged on 31 dec. 31 Des doesn't come on notional/state declared holidays.

        I m getting harrashing cal from collection executive.I m visited 2 vadofone store in Indiranagar Bangalore for this they told me 2 drop d cheque, I deposit it of amt 2459 30th Apr-09.After that also i m receiving d cal.n they visited my res n harrash my wife n used valgur words n threaten her saying we dont need cheque give us cash by evng els i wil come n sit in ur residence.For this reason wil never use vodafone n suggest nt 2 use.they r having wrost customer service.         worst customer care

        I am vinu from bangalore. From the past 1 year am using vodafone mobile connection. Previously i was using so many mobile connection.But this much irresponsible customer care service i didn't see anyware.Today i recharged my moble through online, Form my bank it's debited to vodafone account, but still my mobile is not rechargd.Because of that i was contacted to the customer care.But i got an irresponsible response (from one lady) from there side.The last saturday also i lost my money because of the same problem.
        Hi I am a customer fo Vodafone ofr past 2 and half years and never delayed any payments.For past few days one guy from vodafone and asking me to get the bill amount of some other gal.I tried to convice him, i dont know that gal and among 1000s of employees i can't tace that gal and i begged him dont disturb me for someothers due amount.
        I have never seen such a worst person, or its more good to say worst customer service of vodafone.
        he called me in the night started shouting on me asking for her address, blackmailed me for not finding her address.

        I have recharged for Rs 150 on last week, it was told that I’ll get 30 min V-V free calls, but I did not get the free talk time.
        When I enquired same through the customer care executives( Manjunath Chavan) he was very arrogant in answering and he was not given the proper response.
        I don’t know how VODAFONE customer care is HAPPY TO HELP their customers.
        it is very unethical customer care service. If it maintain the same service it will lose their valuable customers.

        Hi please display the names of the areas rather than your hopeless advertisements like music tollfree, astro tollfree, prayer tollfree.. We are in fast moving world.. When there are FM stations and other such, no one likes to subscribe thro mobile to listen sings and all.. Please display the locality names like AIT A, Anjana Nagar B, C... that will be helpful to all those are roaming... kindly change that immediately.. today itself.. please.. also your network is getting poor.. during night times calls and messages wont go properly.. often the network varies and suddenly vanishes.. it wont even come for abt 10mins.. this irritates..         I am a Vodafone postpaid customer and My no is [protected] (Bangalore) Some days ago I got a call from Vodafone for promotion of BlackBerry-GPRS-Unlimited Free. They told me that if i agree then one person will get in touch with me and show me the setup for GPRS. So far noone has contacted me and I also donot know how to use this service in my Nokia E61i model. But i got an SMS saying that this GPRS is activated from 10.11.09. Vodafone will bill me for this without giving the proper service. Now I want to get the name of the personnel who has contacted me and I would like to lodge a complaint against him. This type of people if still sitting in the office of Vodafone they will defme the name of Vodafone. This person should be punished immediately. I also request Vodafone to contact me for the smooth setup of GPRS in my mobile. I am not ready to pay any amount from 10.11.09 till my problem is solved as I have not userd the service at all. Today I got a call from Vodafone saying that my bill is overdue since 30.11.09. If they are particular about bill payment, then we also can expect a gentleman's contract as specifically told while calling. Without any paperwork this companies are extending various services over phone which is legally not viable.

        I am using vodafone number past 4 years, recently last december i had activated 3 days internet pack, after recharged i had started browsing but it charged in my balance, i called to customer care and asked about it. he told after 1 hour only pack will be activate, but last 19th feb i had recharged 3 days internet pack again, after browsing it charged from main balance only! Again i called to customer care regarding that! in customer care told, pack will be activating after 24 hours only, so in future wait 24 hours,

        hi this is dheeraj here from today evenig there is no out going calls from the number of [protected] which is portability from bsnl to vodafone . It was saying that "your call bring forwarded" so i called your customer care but there is no response from vodafone customer care .         Vodafone — Worst and very Rude Customer Service

        i am rite now using 2 g inernet pack & speed you
        are providing is verymuch hopeless & 3 rd grade speed less than dailup
        service, now i wonted to know what is the speed u have to provide asper
        trai norms why u r not providimg asper normse & need the concrned
        persons no/ email id, i am protesting for kind of vodafone service, they are cheating the consumers by not providing 2 g speed asper TRAI norms i checked
        my handset which is fine, please do rectify my problem
        I'm Sudhakara Raju Nibhanupudi bearing the number [protected]. I would like to bring to your notice the torture I'm going through to close the connection which is not in use.

        Though there is no usage, I keep receiving the bills repeatedly every month for minimum rental which is expected/normal. After a payment of Rs 1490 in September at vodafone store, Koramangala, my request to close the connection was turned down asking me to come after 25th of that month. Though I explained them that i'll not be available in Bangalore no help was done by the vodafone executives. After that as I was not in Bangalore and as I want to close down the connection, I couldn't and I did not pay the bill for 3 months.

        Later in December 1st week when I was in Hyderabad I got a call from a guy (Mr.Sunil) who is from vodafone legal department (I was not told that he is from legal department on phone) stating that he is from some courier service and I was cheated that I got a courier but his hidden intention was to get my current residence address. As I'm not using this number, my address change hasn't been communicated. I was told that a legal notice was sent to me through mail which was not received by that time. However, I received the same (legal notice) a day or two after I made the payment to Mr.Sunil. Adding to it, Mr.Sunil promised me that he would close the connection if no usage is shown in the next bill. Now I received another bill on 28th December which doesn't have any usage and I keep getting calls from vodafone tele-callers to make the payment. Here I've few questions to whom-so-ever it may concern:

        1. When I request to change my connection from pre-paid to post paid or vice versa, you do it on the same day. Why not closing the connections? Agreed that you've bill cycle protocol. Why do you trouble customers for your protocols? Why can't you ask the respective customer to fill a form/place the request and you can process the request when the bill cycle ends without customer's presence at that time? Can't you think of some flexible approach when customer needs it?

        2. Why does a legal department executive has to lie to a customer? You need to remember that not every customer is same. Is this you call customer relationship?

        3. Why does Mr.Sunil made me a false promise that he would close down the connection after making the payment?

        I need answers to above in a day or two failing which would force me to take further action.

        Also, please consider this as an online request to close my vodafone connection (bearing number; [protected]) with immediate effect.

          Hi,

          I have sent many mails to VODAFONE CARE, please read the complaint that I sent to Vodafone.

          AFTER WAITING FOR 5 DAYS ALSO. THEY DID NOT REPAY ME. THEY LITERALLY ROBBED MY POCKET.

          IF THE FEATURE IS NOT WORKING THEN WHY IT IS PUT UP THERE.?. THEY ARE TAKING MONEY FROM THE ACCOUNT IN A FRACTION OF SECOND AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING.
          THESE PEOPLE ARE REAL CHEATERS.

          I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

          WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

          EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

          Dont call the vodafone guys for resolution ...everytime the problem is a bit complicated there system starts getting updated .I am a sofware engineer from Microsoft ...even our computer don't get updated every evening ...
          Strange ...
          I been doing online recharge in vodafone.in (Gujarat) since months and so far it was good it did my recharge instantly, but recently vodafone has changed their system and since then it never did my online recharge, every time i do recharge it take money from my credit card but never recharge my phone, thou it did give my money back but still what's wrong with the system, doing online recharge is some much easy and convenient for me but since time they going down in their services not longer on the top now i guess..

            Paid Rs.5999 for the wireless mobile connect on 14/02/09..It never worked properly since the day of installation. Vodafone customer service is pathetic and Vodafone stores at four bungalow, Andheri(W), mumbai is like a fish market with many customers yelling loud at the sales people.The main interest of Vodafone management is to con the customers into buying thier unbaked services and products. I tried to return the product same day as it was not properly working but Vodafone conned me with sweet talk that the problem will be solved soon and more than a month passed without any solution. India will really shine if the management focuses on product quality, service level committmentsinstead of wasting more than 100 employee hours in deceiving the customers with false hopes and aggressive selling tactics of poorly tested products and services..

            Vodafone telecom service — Poor customer service at Andheri vodafone store

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is to bring to your kind attention that you have one more customer added to the list of dissatisfied customers of Vodafone.

            You probably may have lost count of the number on account of continuity in poor services you offer in the Vodafone store (Andheri) and at the call center.

            I look forward to some time from your side to read through my grievance:

            I had on July 27th given a name change request from my maiden name to my name post marriage. I was attended to by a CSE named Monali, who very sincerely (on the face) took note of my request and assured the change to be done in 4 working days.

            When i checked the account post my return from overseas which was 20 days later, i realised that the account does not have the changes in corporated. I had informed the lady that the chnage needs to be done on time coz post that I need a corporate plan chnage, which is subject to the name chnage being done.

            However the same was not ensured at the store. I then call the call center no [protected] where all I get as SERVICE is PASSING THE BUCK kind of story- "we do not have any details pls check with the store". I WONDER IF YOU HAVE A SYSTEM TO PAY YOUR CUSTOMERS to run FROM PILLAR TO POST, coz i hope you understand the working class has other things to do than just running between a bunch of poor service providers.

            This morning (31st aug) i again went to the vodafone store Andheri and insisted to meet the lady Monali. I spoke with her and expressed my anxiety. Pls note my interaction with her:

            I: asked her why the delay

            She : You have only posted the request on 27th July.

            I: well should that answer matter to me coz it is more than 30 days and that you assured me of the chnage to be done in 4 working days

            I: asked her if they have a system of checking the queue of requests they send to th back office. Well now that's how any succesful organization works (I don't know about "THE HAPPY TO HELP" PROMISING ORGANIZATION.)

            She: Mam, we have nearly 60 requests we receive every day and it is not manually possible for us to check every reqyst.

            Now Mr Sarin, an advice for you. If your own employee does not believe they can help their customers, you probably need to revisit your capacities to get new accounts.             She: with great reluctance she agrees

            She calls me once again to the store asking me for additional docs which were never told before. She asks me to pose for a picture on her local camera coz she wants a photo of the customer on the file. (says the procedure had chnaged)- well the procedure need not be folowed here since the request was long pending from the store's side

            Mr Sarin, dont you think it is incorrect to encourage photography of customers on their local mobiles. What is the surety that this will not be misused against me. What if some one would have taken your pic at random and assured you of non misuse.

            I was assured a call by Monali from andheri store by end of day- have received no calls and no revert.

            I am also registering this complaint in the consumercomplaint.in website to let your prospective and existing customers to make their of service.

            If not dealt promptly this time, i will resort to taking my business to any other service provider.

              I requested for 2 Add-on cards on my corporate connection ([protected]), the request was processed by Amaan S from Vashi vodafone gallery, Pooja Bhatija tried selling fresher connection (SIM card by paying Rs.99/-) said i can later change the plan to corporate plan, i did not agree because i was supposed to get to 2 add on cards free on my corporate connection, she said she wanted to give me SIM cards for Rs.99/- because they will get activated with in 2 hours & the Add-on cards will take more than a week to get activated, i said i was ok with it. I was not carrying my Address proof (Electricity bill) with me, so i said i will mail a scanned copy later, they took a photocopy of my PAN card, clicked my snap & gave me 2 SIM cards ([protected], [protected]) on 21st Feb'09. On 24th Feb09, i got a verification call, i mailed the Scanned electricity bill on Pooja's Mail id (Pooja.[protected]@vodafone.com) on 26th Feb09. The SIM they said will be activated within 48 Hours, it din't happen, kept following up with customer service, they kept saying that it will get activated within 48 Hours, it din't happen hence visited the Vashi gallery again on 8th March'09, met Aarti Pandit, gave her the original Electricity bill again, she kept a copy & said that my numbers will get activated with in 48 hours, since it did not happen called Customer care on 11th March'09 spke to Sameer, he again said the connections will be activated with in 48 Hours, it still did not happen, hence called vodafone customer care again on 13th march09 spoke to Tariq, he said he cannot access & process my request as the concerned department does not work at night and that i will ahve to call up next day in the morning, i asked him to transfer the line to the supervisor, he put me on hold for a while, came back on line and said the supervisor is in a meeting & cannot take my call, i asked him to put in a request for the supervisor to call me back & asked for the supervisors name, he gave the name as Dev Sonar. no body called me back, today i again called the customer service, the executive said i will have to go to the vashi vodafone gallery and get it sorted out.
              This is the worst customer service i have experienced till date. i want a solution for my problem

              I agree to your comments and further add that the customer service of Vodafone is the worst. Specially, the front office guys of Vodafone Gallary Vashi are all cheat. They will tell you lot of flexibility in rules for selling a sim card. Once they sell it then you are left with no option but to keep visiting them with no results. The ... don't lift the phone ([protected]), they won't reply to your mail or sms. I have written number of mail to Pooja Bhatija with attn to Mr. Bablu. They did not reply even a single mail. The SIM did not get activated. I have assumed that I have given a tip of Rs. 99 to beggers. What more I can write. The higher ups in VODAFONE seem to be like that only. The ad photo of DOG seems to be OK. But they should change their slogan from 'Happy to help' to 'Happy to CHEAT'.
              Even if the same thing happened with me recently. Vodafone customer service is the worst one in the country...Never go for a vodafone SIM connection..otherwise u have to wait...wait..and ...wait..summary of the story ...loss of money, time and health out of frustration and rage...

                I have bought vodafone sim last saturday 07/03/2009 from M/s. Navkar Telecom, Nangloi. my sim card no. is[protected] and vodafone contact no. is [protected]. i told to vodafone customer care department a number of time but my problem is not shortout yet. i discussed with Mr. Pankaj Luthra in vodafone customer care department. when i bought vodafone sim they have given sim activation period 18-48 hours it will be activated. it was not activated and activate on friday 13/03/2009 afternoon. My vodafone and others outgoing calls has been activated but incoming call is not being activated only vodafone incoming call taking received.

                    I have submmit all respect documents to migrate pre paid to post paid connection on dt.04/03/2009 and brught a sim cord from companys store at district SITAPUR U.P. wide receipt no136583 dt.04/03/2009, and insure me by the company that my post paid connection to be activated within 24 hour but its incomplete commitment. then I have recived a SMS from costomer care on dt.10/03/2009 time 3.16pm regarding actvation of post paid connection again next 24 hours.but also the company culdnot be complited there commitment as on today.

                    I am a vodafone customer from last 1 year and have Two Postpaid connections, I have a paid a bill amount of more than 50, 000 in a year[protected]. Now I am totally frustrated with vodafone.

                    Reason:
                    1) I am not able to make calls from this number from last one month, becoz it is always showing connection error...Thats too great. To call a number i need to call 10 times then it will get connected.

                    2) when people call me, its somtime shows Busy, sometime not reachable, and you need to call more than 10 times to get connected with me.

                    3) if someone is calling me, from my end It just ping, ( glow light for 1 sec, means someone is calling me), but after that no response.

                    I launced a complain on 17 the april 2010, There was follow up by network team, but not got any solution.
                    Today again I Register a complain about the same.

                    Surely I will throw this simcard if issue not resolved within 2 days.

                      Mr sandeep p gopalakrishnan who was working along with me in Ispat industries ltd, had to leave and join Indian air force in a short notice.He had given me a letter stating his cancellation of sim.i had taken that sim to new panvel vodafone store.they (mr deepak) said that this is not enough they need id proff or a mail stating that his sim need to be cancelled.so i sent a leter from my company id so that it can be cancelled.i had sent the mail thrice, yet when they gave no response i went to store with the print out of the same.now they said they need a mail from his id (for which i asked them what proff is there that it is his mail id)..for which they had no answer.now they said that i should attach his certificates for his authenication along with the same mail.i again resent it .now i got a call from vodafone (mumbai)that i please attach the letter i have got for the mail for disconnection.i had already told they that i do not want the next bill generated since it was not due to my fault but it is yours and this was also given clearly given in the mail.again i got call stating that i sent it now only. now they called me today (13 march) and said that the sim will be cancelled but i will have to pay the money 269 rseven after after telling them again and again that they are not ready to accept that.

                          The Bill No.5839531 was incoorect due to wrong billing input by the department, The meter reading shoud have been 9205 and was recorded by your department as MR 99205 and the billing amount was 435615.00, Then I visited the Palla office and registered the complaint vide no. 221262 on[protected] and had given the complaint to the Je in the Power supply office personally at Mathura Road. They visited my house and has taken the current reading as 9446 and hence I paid the excess bill alongwith the next billing cycle for amount 2697.00 which got cleared on 13-12-08 from my bank which also did not got adjusted in the next billing cycle and the arrears were appearing vide bill no6374213. Also in the same bill the min bill amount was charged though I've paid for the consumed units along with the bill no 5839531. This is wrong and excess billing charged to the Customers.

                          Again I've received the bill No. 6813987 where again the min bill chargedsare charged, arrears are charged as 3219.30 and sundry charges/allowances charged for 7225.78, the total billing amount appearing as 11017.00.

                          Due to the Errors being done by your department we are facing lot of problems of billing and harrasment when we visit the Palla Office and have to take leaves to get this resolved and every month a new error or problem is there to harrass us.

                          Please resolve this at the earliest or else I would take this forward to the consumer group or to the media.

Today visited again they again said that within 2 hrs your problem will resolve I asked for any complain desk or senior they did not give me any information.I very upset about this please resolve it fast.

                              As a anguished and harassed mobile phone customer I want to narrate my unfortuante
                              experience in using a post paid connection from vodafone.
                              I availed a corporate post paid connection from vodafone last month.the vodafone has
                              put a credit limit on my post paid phone and whenever my outstanding payment increases
                              the credit limit, all the outgoing calls and message facilities are debarred without
                              any prior intimation from the vodafone.When tried calling the customer care, the automated
                              caller system is designed in such a way that we will not be able to contact the customer care
                              executives.Please imagine the stress I had to endure when I discover that the outgoing call
                              facilities are debarred without any prior alert when I want to make a critical call at 10 pm.
                              The vodafone sales personnels are very clever to trap the customers in luring them to buy the
                              connections, but dont reveal the sensitive information.As a matter of settling scores,
                              I have decided not to make the outstanding payment to vodafone and want to highlight all
                              mobile phone subscriber to be watchful about availing connections from vodafone.

I am not able to pay the bill amount for the last 3 months due to some financial problem. I have clearly explained to the vodafone peoples when they called before 10 days regarding this. Now One person named Ms.Priya has called me from the number [protected] at 11.30 pm for 5-6 times, since i am in driving i am not able to pick the call.Then she called me on 2.00pm, i told her clearly that i am having financial problem and i wont able to pay the bill this month. Suddenly she has used very bad words regarding remitting the payment. Other than this she has traced my Fiance no from my Call details and spoke to her in bad words regarding the payment. It frustrates me very much and i am very much wounded regarding this kind of conversation. I am mentally disturbed and i want to know why these peoples are behaving like this. I have also lodged a complaint on vodafone customer care and complaint no is ;[protected] and also i have cleared my entire outstanding today at tirupur vodafone store at 15.02.55 pm for Rs.2210/- vide receipt no;THT-1-[protected], After remitting the payment also i had received mail form Vodafone Legal Dept at 7.30pm today. I have enclosing the mail also for ur reference. i want proper justice for the incident happen and i have also send cancellation Request through my mail id and the same is acknowledged.

                                Points to be Noted;

                                1.Rude and Rubbish behaviour from the person.
                                2.Tracing my Call Details without my Knowledge.
                                3. After making payment i have received Legal notice.

                                1. You had subscribed to the Cellular Mobile Telecom Services being

                                provided by us on the terms and conditions of the Customer Application Form

                                (CAF). We have from time to time sent you bills for the Cellular Mobile

                                Telecom Services availed by you. You have been served monthly statements

                                and reminded through telephone calls, SMS messages and visits made by our

                                representatives, including our agencies, to make payment of the bills sent

                                to you. However, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have

                                failed and neglected to pay the amounts of net outstanding amounting to

                                Rs.1703 /- as on 10.03.09 after adjusting the deposit if any.







                                2. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAF, you are

                                under an obligation inter–alia to make payment of periodic bills raised

                                upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the

                                receipt of bills, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. That

                                you are aware, that you would be liable to pay the net outstanding amount

                                that is in default together with interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from

                                such date on which it became due. That the above acts and omissions ex

                                facie contribute flagrant breach of your admitted contractual obligations,

                                which may necessitate appropriate civil proceedings.













                                3. In the aforesaid circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the

                                Net outstanding amount mentioned in Paragraph 2 above, together with

                                interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from such date on which it became due

                                within 7 days from the date hereof. Failing which we will initiate

                                appropriate legal proceedings against you. This Legal Notice supersedes any

                                other Legal Notice(s) sent by us.

                                Hi,
                                My name is Mohamed Arsalan. Vodafone number [protected]. I have a same problem with VODAFONE. I had a settlement on the above mentioned phone number. i was assured that once i pay Rs.3500/- as full and final settlement against my bill all my dues will be cleared. But even after making the payments to vodafone i still got a legal notice from Vodafone asking me to pay the balance amount of Rs. 1608.30/- Relationship number 1.10220119. I have all the receipts with me which proves that i have made the payments to Vodafone.
                                i need to know how and where can i make a complaint???

                                  This complaint is regarding Vodafone Hyderabad
                                  I have taken a vodafone connection on 20th Feb, 2009 (Biggest mistake of my life). I have got my black berry services activated by paying Rs.6999 as annual rent. I have received a call on 9th March, 2009 that my accountlimit is exceeded as my current outstanding is Rs.1990 after adjusting Rs.6999/. I was shocked to hear it and asked her to check my bill. Then I have checked online bill (after great effort) and I found out that even after paying Rs.6999 annual charges for black berry I was charged monthly rental for blackberry of Rs.899/-. Then I written to customer care and also nodal officer. On 10Th March, they disconnected my services. I have called up customer care and informed him that bill is wrong. However he was not able to help me out and he simply told me that sir if you want to activate service please make payment. He told me that I understand that you have been billed excess and also it is very clear that there is excess billing but still you would have to make payment to activate services

                                  Is this not some type of goondaism. You bill the customer whatever you want and then ask customer to make payment, after you make payment, we would reveserse extra charges. This is a clear loot.

                                  I have never got so much frustrated in my life but today Was the day when I have realised that in 29 years of life I have made my first mistake by choosing vodafone. Please never select vodafone. Even after reading this if your buying vodafone then you are biggest fool

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I am (Distt Solan) Himachal Pradesh based Vodafone customer since 25th Dec.2008 (X-mas Day).I purchaged two Vodafone No [protected] & [protected] at my home add.after completing all codal formalities. After one month out going calls has been deactivated (Barred) on [protected] till date.
                                    I am not satisfied by the reply of CCR & dealer(Vodafone Mini Store Nalagarh Distt Solan HP). I was asking something else and getting some noxious reply.
                                    I was told that;-
                                    Calls has been barred due to add. verification .

                                    My query;-1 Why second No-[protected] is running smoothly till date. when I have submitted same copy of voter ID to both numbers.
                                    2. I have in contact with Customer Care Executive so many times.and verified my add.
                                    3.I also send e- mail to CCS.
                                    4. Requrement of documents again I think not justified.
                                    5.If add verification is not right out going calls should also be barred.on my second number [protected]


                                    My request to your highly estemed office to please look into the matter or Kindly Deactivate both my Numbers ie [protected]&[protected] .

                                      Good afternoon sir/madam im satish a student doing my mba. yesterday night i had a fight with my friend and we were just carrying on the fight through sms suddenly i got an sms from this number [protected], the message consisted the matter which is related to the matter upon which me and my friend were talking but neither o[censored]s know him. i have called him and asked the same he told me that his name is ravi and he is doing his b tech dont know whether it is correct or not. he also replied me from a different number [protected] pls look into this matter and provide me a solution as it was completely personal matter between me and my friend and dont know how that person came to know abt this. i request yout to provide me the solution to this as soon as possible.
