I have been using my vodafoen connection (previously BPL-Mobie) since 2006. That day when i applied for the connection i submitted all the required documents. Now they are telling that i didnt submittted none of the documents and they are going to diconnect my connection on Jan 27th. For the past three years why they didnt notice this. Why they didnt inform me abt this. I think they lost all the documents that i submitted and again they are telling me to submitt it again. They are making fun of the customers.
