no i am working with vodafone cust care, , since 25th months, ,
as a cust care executive in rajsthan process.
if i want to join mass call net so what is the process, and qualification..
plz can you help me please..

but i am not satisfide due to your HR department or your supervisers..
so i just walk away to other company.. becose ther was no co-ordination between them... then what the hell all agents can do there.. this is my serious campiant to you that please if you can then just reach to your mohali branch secratly and watch what the hell they do... even the person you send to watch there he is the one i never seen in my life...

Mera name Sumit Kamboj hai mai karnal ka rehne wala hu mene 20 may 2011 ko mass call net Karnal mai join kiya tha customer care execuative ke liye mai MNP department mai tha vaha mene puri lagan se kaam kiya mai din mai 150 calls karta tha or mera quality score 90 hota tha .merko vaha ek baat buri lagi vaha employe ki performance ko dekh kar permotion nahi hoti balki jo chaplush hote hai unko permotion milti hai jabki wo kaam bhi nahi karte or sath hi batana chahunga employe jitna kaam karte hai utni salary nahi milti ek trha se double kaam hai customer ke sath baat bhi karni or sath sath computer mai tagging bhi karni hai .merko 3786 Rs. salary milti thi wo bhi month ke end mai 28 date ko.is karan muje is job se resion dena pda.but muje kaam karke achha laga.

We had purchased thru MAS CALL NET -OKHLA –A fraud agent of Vodafone. who calls people on the phone and convince them to buy SIM cards for them, with a no. of their choice which would be activated in 24hrs.
We purchased one sim no.[protected]h2 thru this fraud agent Mas callnet India Pvt Ltd. vide their receipt no. 23827 and paid cash to them for rs.250/- for Vodafone 199 saver plan, Their person came to our residence and insisted on cash rather than cheque. and promised us the no. of airtel [protected] to convert into vodafone postpaid which would be activated soon.
We have lodged several complaints to them on their no. 61105567 and mailed to VODAFONE also, but of no use.

i m pratishtha mishra, actually i have acomplaint about okhala branch B-24, I WANT TO SAY WITH MASS CALL NET COMPNAY THAT I HAVE GIVEN A INTERVIEW IN THE MONTH OF OF OCTOBER AS THE POST OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE AND ONE F THE HR IS SELECTING ME FOR THI POST, SHE HAS DECISUSS ABOUT SALARY PACKAGE, SHIFT TIME AND TRANG ALSO AFTER THAT SHEASKED ME FOR THE JOINING SO I SAID I WOULD JOIN ON TOMMORO SO SHE TOLD ME WAIT FO NEXT week for the traing n just given her mobile to be given a remind call for the traimg on monday i just called up so many call s but she is not responding for my call n disconnecting so many time, i also send a message for but she ignore that message so i just want to know abot this thing that company has given right to the hr s that they have gine false commitment for the joining they just waste the candidates time. what does it means they have play game about ther joining so its my reques that please take strict acction about that hrs.

Mr Vijay Balan. But they fill my absent for Seven days.four days extra. but m present there four days ..
When I complaint this with my Manger Mr Anil Batra he Reply me Shut up and go to hell ..this is my Vodafone and I make my Rules ..
he Thought I m vodafone owner.
he said me i[censored] want work here u closed ur mouth. I told his sir m present here but vijay Balan (T.L) is fill my Absent ..and he Reply me shut up I fill ur Absent And today also I feel ur Absent. I said Sir this is not fair ...
He Reply U r Dissmiss now go to hell ..And dont come my vodafone again ...I Believe u U take Action on this. ...
