I subscribed for Blackberry Prosumer Lite Services, which is chargeable at Rs. 299 per month; with no extra charges.
While using services, I was charged some unknown charges which caused my bill exceed the credit limit and my phone was deactivated. Nobody in customer care was able to tell me what service I am being charged for. Irritated by inconvenience, I paid Rs. 500 to make myself able to use my phone again. The bill was again increased because o[censored]nknown charges which nobody was able to clarify. It was clear that I am wrongly charged for data usage, which shouldn't be charged and none of the customer service agents was able to help me from getting mentally harassed despite my repeated calls, so I requested to deactivate my blackberry services. The service agent informed me that even if I place a request for deactivation in between the billing cycle, I will be charged flat Rs. 299; which I agreed because I had no other choice.
In my bill, I am charged Rs. 1572.30 for "Blackberry from VF", which is nowhare chargeable as per the services I requested for.
Now vodafone agents are not able to help me, and they even don't inform me that who can help me out. I want to deactivate my connection after paying right charges as per the services I subscribed for, but vodafone people tell me that I need to pay as per the bill that they have provided me, and I wont be able to deactivate my conenction without paying the bill, which is Rs. 1572.30 plus taxes more than what I should have been charged.
