My phone number is [protected], As I dial, announcement come, that I have not paid one bill. I contacted 111 on this mobile, it took 12.41 minutes without any satisfactory from junior as well as your senior persons.
For about five years, a regular ECS payment has been made and no complaint so far, As the bill is generated, it goes to Bank directly, Now if some payment has not been made, let me know properly, that you send the bill, for which payment has not been received, I shall make the payment.
The answer your customer care people give me is that my cheque has got bounced. When I don't pay any cheque, how can it get bounced?
Please check the fault at your end and send the bill to Canara Bank, It shall be paid, Even for the current month, you are going to send the bill, you may send both the bills.
I am very sorry to listen to repeated,announcements for different information. It should be stopped, when I am talking to some of your executive.

Vodafone — Overcharging in the Bill
Dear Sir/Madam,I am Vinay Gupta a post paid customer of vodafone([protected]) since last 4 years.
In the month of january I had activated international roaming on my connection. When I received the bill I was shocked to see that their has been 13 calls made from my phone on the 111 number for 13 times and the duration of all the calls are 1 minute 51 second and time of these calls are overlapping(Second call started on the same number before first call is over) which is not at all possible. First i had not made these calls second how is this possible that duration of all the call are same and they are overlapping also.
I had lodged the complaint but it was of no use. I went to vodafone care okhla also and they said that it looks like a fault of the system and they sent the email further but till today I haven`t received call back from vodafone care.
I am sorry to say if this matter is not sort as early as possible then i will have to take some hard action against it.
Kindly do the needful and sort this issue as soon as possible.
