I opted Vodafone 3G services one month back, the service period is over now and I was not able to experience 3G speed even on one single day. I kept on complaining the issue again and again right from the first day of service day and its still not resolved. Pathetic service, pathetic customer care executives, no value of customer, charging customers for the service which they are not able to deliver.
Vodafone is literally Feckless!!!

    I have a vodafone prepaid card with no ([protected]). Today vodafone deducted a 30 rs. Balance. I received the message that you subscription for the daily joke activated.

    I have not actived or subscribe any service from the vodafone then after I received this message and deducted my 30 rs.

    Vodafone is a big cheat company without any intimation from my side and they activated the same..... !!!!

    I thought that vodafone is a good company but its also like other mobile operator .... !!! very cheap !!!!

    please help for to refund the same.

    It is submitted that i am the costmore of your vodafone connection bearing no.[protected] which was issued to me by sector 35, Chandigarh for last one and half year ago. i recevied a call by number [protected] named Sonia in which she informed me that they dispactched the information is regarding of outgoing and incomming calls records. It is pertinent to mentioned here that i never gave a request in this regard wihtout any request to your respective office how can they send all that information to me.I never requested like that if some one requseted like this, the detailed information supplied to me. It is requseted that an enquiry may be confented in regard of such information supplied to me but till date I have nothing received any document. I received a call from [protected] she inform me that your all calls are traced and taped. I may request u that pl. stop all this thing becoz I nvr told u to do this type, and I never request u to do like this. U r therefore requested to kindly dont give any information to anybody.

    I am also facing the same problem, on my prepaid card with no ([protected]).

    This has happened third time now, initially they said that i had this service activated by me, but i disabled the service and time and again this is happening


    I have not activated or subscribe any service from the vodafone.

    Vodafone is a big cheat company, this is shameful from such a big company, and worse is that they justify it and put the blame on subscriber itself.

    Pathetic...they don't even care about informing me...

      We called on your number but it was switched off. Please SMS BILL<space>FIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH to 144 to get the bill details of a particular month. For example, for June month's bill, SMS BILL JUN to 144. Charges are Rs.49 per month per bill. You can avail bills only upto 6 months old. Please note that we can provide only outgoing call details.

        My Vodafone no is [protected] . their is some problem in my Vodafone sim from past 2 months & i have registered a complaint regarding this on 10 th august 2012 & you have issued me a micro sim from my I PHONE but you have not activated the sim till today but you have send the bill in which you have charged me of international SMS & internet usage . i just want to ask you a simple question how can i do international sms & use internet unless its not activated . you are requested to activate my sim asap & waived the wrong bill .         I-VALUE MART/Dual Sim Card Mobile Phone — Non receipt of the dual Sim Card Phone

        Sir,
        I have ordered Dual Sim Card Mobile Phone from I-Value Mart in the month of Feb. 2008. The payment of Rs. 8000 was made by me via my credit card. The product was to be sent to me on my Delhi Adress alongwith the free gift. But the same was not sent to me upto April 2008. Thereafter I had to change my residence to Jammu. I intimated the company about the change of address and their executives promosed me that the product will be sent to my new address. But despite calling them so many times they did not send the product. Somehow, one day while calling one of their executive Mr. Peter, told me that the order was cancelled and they were going to send me another dual sim card phone in a weeks time along with the free gift and they gave me the new order no as 5690. But that product has not been send so far. Now almost seven months have passed but they dont care to give me my product. It is worthwhile to say here that they even do not listen to my call also. Pl tell me what I have to do, to get me the product or get my money back. Thanks

        Vodafone SIM — monthly bill

        We have using vodaphone no-[protected] since six months. But sorry to say that we have not recieved any monthly bill of my phone.We have already given the e-mail id to customer care of vodaphone,no responce.Kindly do needful.

        Dear Sir,

        I have lost my mobile on March 18th, 2011 at 12:10 PM and submitted a request to barred the outgoing call from my number on same day.

        On March 19th, 2011 i visited vodafone store ( M/S Aggrwal Agencies , Bhiwadi) to get another SIM and submitted request for reactivation.

        I got new SIM on 19/03/2011 at 10:00 AM after that 56 hours gone and m still waiting for the SIM activation.

        Till now i called up Vodafone care many times to resolve the issue. I didn't got any satisfactory answer / or my SIM activation.

        Lastly I spoke to Mr Anish & Ashutosh (Vodafone Care Rajasthan Nodal officer). and shocked with the response. Insted of helping to resolve my issue they asked me to visit the vodafone store (which is 15 KM away) and resubmit the request.

        I have paid more than Rs. 300 to contact vodafone customer care and already waisted my one day. Now i am not in position to take a off from my work to visit vodafone store.

        Would request you to please resolve the issue on priority and compesate the loss.

          ACTUAL PROBLEM :

          Problem 1:
          My Vodafone postpaid number, +[protected] is getting suspended frequently without any request and without my knowledge . First it was suspended on 8th Aug 2012, Then on 29th Aug 2012, then again on 03rd Sep 2012. May I know the reason for this action ? Payment had never been the issue then why is this interruption of services happening at a regular interval ? This has happened for the Third time now and is still in suspended status. I need the reason for this action and a clear action plan. I Have been using the Vodafone services for past 6 years and this is complete breach of trust towards the Vodafone relationship.

          Problem 2:
          They also charged me additional 99 Rupees per month for 11 Months without my request on the name of Vodafone live which was not required because i was already subscribed to full Blackberry Enterprise Services (BES Services) of 899 Per month. Which i complained earlier as well.


          This as per my understanding comes under CHEATING, VODAFONE IS CHEATING CUSTOMER, I am paying for the services and i am not getting the services as per expectations.


          NOTE : Please refer to below email communications with VODAFONE and the people i have already highlighted with. Still no response. I Need the answer from VODAFONE of for why are they suspending the services without my request when payment has always on time. This has happened for the Third time in this month. I use this number for my official Blackberry enterprise emails interruption to which is concerning for me.

          Vodafone says, My number was suspended twice this month due to Pending un billed payments, which as per my understanding is INCORRECT and they are only saying just to cover there MISTAKE. Vodafone is CHEATING.

          If what you said was correct, Please help me understand, why was my number disconnected twice first on 8th Aug ? When the Due Date was for 19th Aug ?? And then on 29th Aug when already the payment was done. There is no connection at all.

          Your statement is completely misleading and Incorrect. It so Unfortunate that Vodafone can do to get away with the customer concern without even bothering to understand the problem and trying to get away by proving a vague and incorrect statement.

          - 8th Aug - Phone got suspended first without my notice and request (Payment was clear that time and next payment due date was 19th)m

          - 19th Aug the Payment was done.

          - 29th Aug - Phone Suspended again, without my knowledge (Read above line).

          Now can anyone let me understand how are you relating the problem raised with Payment ?????

          - When I called the VODAFONE CARE to find out the reason and support, They specified the number has been SUSPENDED with NO SPECIFIED REASSON.

          - When I Asked the VODAFONE Senior Executive to create the case for this and have this rectified, He said NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE to create the case as the number is SUSPENDED. And he Cannot DO ANYTHING.

          - Why I am highlighting this is because this number is linked to my Blackberry Official emails and that is important for me. I cannot compromise on that.





          When I Do payments on time, There are no issues in that, So why is that I am not receiving a better service , That is All I am asking for, Is that not Doable ?



          I Have been using this number for about 6 Years now but never received any good support from VODAFONE. So my Question is Are we paying for the service or are we paying for only inconvenience.



          If you Agree the INCAPABILTY to provide BETTER service and support, Please let me know I will look for the other options. Is That what you can provide in return for my Trust which I had with Vodafone for 6 years ? This is the Last Try for HELP and Asking for Better Service and support.

          Vodafone Post Paid — Suspension of services

          I am corporate post paid customer for last 5 years. Company without informing me suspended services to my number [protected]. No overdues in the account. Incoming also suspended without notice. How can they take such decision. I have talked to every one available on their website. Phone rarely get picked up. Even corporate office do not respond.

          Services to my mobile number 0-[protected] has been bared. Now as I am out of station from my home circle, I need to stay connected. Kindly attend to theproblem immediately.

          I informed vodafone customer care office before Five days, but they are not considered my problems to solve. Kindly take necessary steps. thank you.

            I'm still finding a lot of difficulties with your service. Today evening I got a call from your executive, and number noted as [protected]... They are just playing fool with me.. I had my gmail account and my official account separately configured in my BlackBerry Bold 9790, finally after they called and modified, I am unable to connect to separate email ID. Now that it is configured under Message category under menu option. What is hell is happening with your service... Now that they just disconnect my call to support.. I have been with you quite a few times and now I have planned to file a class action compliant against the vulnerability and the time I so far spent so far with your support executive. I have got plenty with my side who have the same issues. This is hell ridiculous services I have been through. Did I ask you to call me and delete my configuration in my mobile?????? I am helpless now..

              This is with reference to above said matter. I Prashant.G.Dahikar having vodafone mo.no.[protected] with postpaid connection from past 8 - 10 years. I have activated FnF facility from ur company since last 3 -3.5 years. Unfortunetly between the period of last 8 -10 months the same service has been disconnect by ur company without any prior intimation, but the charges of this facility has been charged regularly every month and i paid regularly.
              I make complaints so many times to 198 and ur vodafone care center at Ashaok sq. nagpur. But their is no response from ur company side. Now the current position is that the same service (FnF) activated from last 1-1.5 months .
              I bare the economical loss of Rs 250 - 300 every month against ur unprovided service from ur side. In short i want to like to ask u that how i bare the same cost averagly for 10 months i.e.Rs[protected],and repeated mentaly harrsment to me by ur company executive of 198 and ur vodafone care center as above said.
              I will wait 10 - 15 days for ur reply from ur side.By that time I will go to consumer cout regarding this matter.
              I am ur so old custmer but I have no choice to do this..

                This is in regards to the pathetic services provided by VODAFONE.
                Despite of timely bill payments made the services are frequently discontinued with out prior notice or valid reasons.
                I am using the blackberry corporate services for business requirement(Very Critical for me to be connected to internet & email ), the vodafone services gets disconnected frequents(Recently on 8th Aug, 29th Aug & 3rd Sep 2012) later i need to walk up to the vodafone store and get this activated.
                No empathy shown or urgency displayed by any of the higher authorities to address this issue(Emailed CEO Several time) however this persistently occurs.
                No idea what they want and how is this getting deactivated however this is building frustration & also impacting my work financially.
                Mind you that there were no late payments made by me or never defaulted in the same.NO REASON GIVEN FOR DISCONNECTION.

                i have recently shifted to kolkata and bought vodafone sim card but after 2 days only they continued the service saying that i failed to answer verification call. i have stayed in many metros including mumbai. there also when i was nt able to ans call they called me again( airtel connection) but vodafone is such a fraud connection they have cut my connection and my card had a talk time of rs 400. I have tried many ways to connect to them but there is no way out. there customer care is use less. the worst network ever. never ever go for vodafone i m not saying because of my personal pain n agony. they also irritate you by sending atleast 20 sms a day. in 2 days only i was annoyed. now it has been a week n my sim is not activated.

                  on 28th august i call up in the happy
                  hours provided by the company , so i asked customer care executive
                  that this data usage is valid upto what time , then they replied
                  that"Its available for 28th aug , 12 AM . Again i asked another
                  executive to confirm the same and i got the same answer so i used
                  internet for just 10 min. and at that time Rs.50 were deducted from my
                  account , then i called up again and Mr Sunil , cust. care executive
                  replied me that it was by mistake , company has deducted my balance by
                  mistake and the amount will be re-funded to me within 24 hrs.
                  So i waited till 6 pm today, then i called again and asked for balance
                  refund , i was told to call after 4 hrs , as they were busy , after
                  that i called again then i got reply that call after 1 hr, they will
                  collect all details and then tell me.
                  Now when i called again they said to call in the morning.
                  I am too disturbed with vodafone service and assistance.now they are not refunding the balance.

                    This is to inform you that Vodafone teleservices is the worst network that i never seen.They were cutting off the money from our account but still recharge will not come and if we call the call center guys and explain the situation they will say we will forward to our superior and they will put our call in hold for a long time(2hrs) and finally we are not getting either recharge or money back.This is how they are cheating the customers.And this is not the first time every time it is repeating the same.

                      This is Insane Vodafone customer care is getting worse day by day x-( they just don't care about people's time and hire some like Ramesh (198) whom i just spoke with who was very arrogant and not willing to give me any details of himself, nor he transferred me to his senior, put me on hold twice but started shouting and was just useless fellow of vodafone cust care. prior to this call i was talking to 111 they asked me to call 198 as my RC card PIN was scratched by mistake and mid of nowhere i got this coupon for a small RC.

                                Hi,

                                Two weeks back I took a Vodafone Prepaid SIMCARD(No.[protected]) from the following dealer:


                                Misry Communication

                                412/2 Hennur Maruthi Nagar, 4th Cross
                                10th Main, HBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar
                                [protected]


                                I have paid 60/-Rs and my ID proof along with my photo.

                                After two days of activation I received a message from Vodafone that documents are not submitted. However, the dealer above is claiming that documents have been submitted to Vodafone.

                                The dealer has been following up with some middle men or someone in vodafone for last two weeks but no resolution.

                                Now the situation is such that I have take another card from another store.

                                However, I would still request you to atleast get me my ID proof copy and Photo from the above dealer or vodafone and collect the SIM CARD(which is with me). I will not be using this number ([protected]) anymore.

                                My objective and concern here is to prevent misuse of my ID proof copy and photo ID which currently is not traceable after submitting to the above dealer.

                                I would appreciate if this issue is tracked down and my documents can be returned.

                                  I had requested internet plan to be activated on 7th August but it still was not activated and had to call back on 12th and activate it because of which I have been charged and this not being my mistake I am not ready to pay for it. Plus I was told that I will not be charged if I use Vodafone Live which is also an incorrect information and has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

                                    I am Vodafone user since many years, now I want to transfer the ownership of my Vodafone number -[protected]. I submitted the request before three month to Vodafone store, Uthkhana road Nagpur (M/S)
                                    But store manager Mr Rishi Yadav ([protected]) and store executive Mr Roshan ([protected]) did not submit my request since two month.
                                    I took help of Vodafone costumer care i.e. complain number [protected], [protected] but those people didn’t help me to resolve my problem.

                                      i am writing to draw the attention of all concerned people about the fraud practices of Vodafone to cheat the customers and making money through illegal ways. i am sharing a few incidents
                                      1. unnecessary charging std call rate on local numbers as well.
                                      2. extra and highly charges on local and std sms
                                      3. amount not being crediting to some wrong unfunctional mobile nos. and not transferring it back

                                      these all incidents has put in a shock, how can we allow these companies to cheat us so easily. is there no way whereby we common people can get justice without any botheration to us and without us wasting long hours to debate with their uncooperative, insensitive, dumb customer care representatives, what an irony- we call them customer support but they are our real patience testers, these people just don’t listen to customer complaints, don’t even give us clarity on issues. let me give an example, yesterday i made a 2 std messages and i have been charged Rs. 5 for normal std 2 line message and when i enquired from customer care and wanted to know why i have been charged so much for a message then at first they said their system is not able to see any transaction. i again called them up after a few hours to check the status of my complaint then i got a stupid reply from the customer care that i had sent an international sms with some no. starting 00.. i told them it is absolutely incorrect and even told them the nos. to which i have sent the sms, but the person on the other side was not at all seems to be of slight interest in helping me and addressing my complaint, after debating for a few minutes i asked them to share the isd no. to which i have sent the message and then they had no answer,, it was all lie which was I have been told.

                                      now today, i decided to put this complaint on this forum, as i believe the authority would take some action and will come forward to help us. for how long all this fraud will happen with people like me???? we need to find a platform where we can put our voice and we are heard....

                                      I am Surya Lal one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number" [protected]" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
                                      My purpose of writing is only to tell other people and to the responsible people of customercare of Vodafone, how much Useless company management you are having in Kerala, no one is sincere here in working.
                                      I called to Customer Care Center Kerala, India on 1st week of July. One gentleman attended me and asked my problems. Then i told some problems and ask some doubts on recharge... but he replied in a different manner and told me to call on 55555.In between the call they hold me online more than 10 minutes.. and after that the call drops.
                                      Once again I again tried to the customercare, but the call was not connected till 24.08.2009.sometimes i get some messages to the options on recharge, but tat recharge offers r not valid.At-last I send a lot of sms as"HELP" to 144... i got a reply as "our customer-care executive will contact you within 48 hour" . but I didn't receive a call or anything. How much time am wasting for this process.Again and again in an irresponsible manner You are behaving. so for this what can i do, Either you could give me a reply nor please get damn this "VODAFONE NETWORK".These all incidents gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.
                                      (1). I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect benefit for the company only?
                                      (2). Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives and how to behave with the customers?
                                      (3). The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.

                                        Hi.

                                        I suffer with maximum call drop experience during the day with no improvement observed.
                                        Need to make 10 attempts before connecting to anyone which is becoming unbearable and the worst experience is "When i contact Vodafone to complain about my problem on 1st September mentioning - " I have major call drops" the agent replies - "I don't know what is call drops"
                                        My call drops during the conversation with no callback from vodafone
