Purchased New AC from M/s Vijay TV and Video Home, Guntur on 10.11.09. The AC is working without Cooling function. After repeated requests to the dealer attended to this problem but no Cooling is coming from AC. As the service is unsatisfactory from local dealer, complained to Voltas through [protected] under complaint No.10MR1101577 dt 11.03.2010 and 11MR1200237 dated 12.03.2010 but no response till date.
