[Resolved]  VPL — PERSONAL LOAN -ICICI BANK

hi,

My father had taken loan Rs 1lakh from ICICI bank -hubli Branch, he paid (RS 3950/- per month) 10 installement without missing. he died due to heart attack. after that we had checked the loan balance

I paid cash, 16, 000/-. in Bangalore @ ICICI bank Near Southend circle, after 6 month we contacted hubli branch ( where my father taken loan from this branch) . we discussed with loan departement, inthat times loan balance 66, 000/-, I convienced to reduce the loan amount, he waived nearly 46, 000/-
I paid 46, 000/- to loan account, again we asked no due certificate, untill now it has not come to our residencial address, Today dated: 21-02-06 . ICICI representitive came at home (davangere -karnataka state) and informed us ur loan balance is 26000/-, representative told us, waiving loan amount nearly 5000/-. please pay for this amount, & issuing NDC( No due certificate), as we already cleared loan amount, why these ICICI bank buggers coming and asking us.
please give a solution for this problem. I think ICICI bank is the Worst Bank
