Hey Same happened to me also. I have booked your Brodband+ with Goa trip offer by giving cash Rs.3750/- vide receipt no *[protected]* dated 22/12/09. (Executive name Sunil Sutar cell [protected]) I have received your modem on the same time While Purchasing the card Vriti executives offered me
1.Connection will activate within 24hrs, (connection activated after a week)
2 Goa trip vouchers at the booking time. But till date I have not received any Goa trip vouchers.

vriti infocom — Poor customer satisfaction
Hi,I have recently purchased a Reliance Broadband+ connection from Vriti Infocom issuing an online order of Rs4000/- While ordering the wireless modem ZTE AC device, I was informed that the connection will be activated in 4 hours and If ther any problem with device or any other tower issues, money back was guaranteed. But none of the above said was met. Very poor customer satisfaction by the Vriti Infocomm guys by Reliance guys. The speed I am getting in the Reliance broadband plus in chennai is just 0.1 to 0.3 Mbps. Imaging the ad given by these guys "India's fastest Broadband". Further I am trying to follow uo these guys for more than 15 days and the issue remains unsolved. Some one has to take necessary action against these Vriti Infocomm and Reliance ADA.

Hi I purchased the data card on 16th March 2010. Ganesh was the name of the executive, he stopped picking my calls as well as Aamir does the same inspite of several attempts. It is really disgusting experience with Vriti and in turn Relaince. So customers please beware and take lesson from my experience. do not fall pray to the false promises of activation within 24 hrs...
Vriti infocom Pune — Poor service from Vriti infocom Pune
Hi ,I have got the relaince broadband connection(USB modem) from Vriti infocom pune on 03/18 and its been 2 weeks I haven't got my internet connection started. These people are big fraud. They dont help you once they get all the money from you. Try to avoid getting services from these people. When I called them they are saying that the verification team gave me a call to verify my address but I don't think I have recieved any call from the verification team.
Now when I am trying to reach Mr Nandkishor from vriti, he is not picking up the phone and he simply cuts the call.

Same happened with me also, when i put request on Reliance official website yogesh from vriti called me, i purchased reliance BB+ i was promised to activate it within 1 hour but it is now 4 days since then, my data card is not activated yet, we should take strong action against them, this guy yogesh is not ready to pickup my call also.
I was planing to purchase Reliance data card and inquired on reliance website about the same and registered my contact details in pop-up window, next day I got a call from VRITI Interactive Gurgaon and next day they sent their executive along with the data card, I paid money and submitted my address proof documents to the person, same day night my card got activated and it was working 2 day's only. After that it got deactivated, when I called up to Reliance customer care, that time I came to know I have been cheated; because the card was registered on other person's name and my documents were not submitted to Reliance office... now I am calling to the concern person in Pune so many times in a day; but I am not getting any reply on the same. The above company office is located at Ashoka Mall, opp. Hotel Sun-n-sand. Pune.

My Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ connection is deactivated due to negative verification as mentioned by the Reliance Customer Care[protected] executive. When asking further, they mentioned that I will have to approach to the nearest Reliance Web Word to seek for the further assistance and submit address proof documents. Since I live in Bhosari area, my nearest RWW is the one located at “Ishwarilal Palace, Pimpri Camp, Pimpri”, which is almost 15 KMs from my location.
When I visited to the mentioned RWW, they mentioned that they cannot do anything regarding this case and I again need to visit to the vendor office from where I have bought this connection. Here, my concern is why and how your executives mentioned to visit to the RWW if they cannot help in the issue? This lead me to a frustration of searching the RWW center and I approached there by walking about 5 KMs. Names of persons to whom I talked on Reliance Customer Care are Sadashiv and Shailesh Tripathi.
When I had enquired about the product online, and as discussed with the vendor “Vritti Info Com” on telephone, I had already mentioned that I don’t have time to approach them. On this they mentioned that the executive will attend whenever needed. As discussed, on the day of selling the product to me, they also sent a representative to collect documents and for the product delivery. But very soon after that, when time came to collect documents again, they did not send any representative to collect required documents even when I requested again and again.
However, after that, I somehow managed to get the scanned copy of required documents and sent them again. But after 8 days, again my connection is deactivated mention that the verification is negative.
Now, my concern is, the connection should be reactivated based on whatever documents I have provided or the Vendor should send their representative and get the device back if proofs are not up to the mark of verification, and return my money after deduction of Rs.213.00 which is my billed amount till the date. I don’t have time to visit to the vendor office. This is leading me to too much frustration and taking my time and money too.
Does anyone know where can I file this complaint and a strict action is taken against these VRTTI people? I want to teach a lesson to them.

This Vritti Infocomm is a chutiya agent of the double-chutiya Reliance who you cannot rely. Stop patronising Reliance. Everyone knows it is a chor company. You would do better to keep away from Reliance.
