I have purchased Relaince broad band from Virti Infocom some 4 months back and i was promised for a Goa trip offer as mentioned in their website. I have been asked to contact a person named Muthu who is working in the same company. His number is [protected] and iam getting feeble response for this from this person. He gave me one of his managers number also who he mentinoed as Rohit. But he is not at all picking up the call. To my persistant calls he asked me to follow up by requesting the same through emails. I have send couple of emails to him and his managers and again started following up over the phone. Again last week when i called him regarding this, he asked me to send a final mail, and when i questioned him regarding the delay of granting the offer, he is showing his unawareness about this in a lethargic tone. At the same time he even challenged me that i can go for media assistance to get my offer.
Iam not sure what the company is trying to do here and why they are irresponsible. I will be very much pleased if something can be done to avail my assured offer. Was this information helpful? |
