I agree with your harrasmment also but sometime there is some cases they have shown pretty good customer service as well.I being a customer of reliance purchased data card from vriti.Next day when my data card was not compatible somehow with my operating system that is Window 7(Newly Launched) then they changed my Device With the ZTE Device as the Huawei one was not compatible.Before taking the card i did not inform that i will be using the windows 7 after coule of days.
But just by understanding the situation and to retain the customer they replaced it within 24 hours.

Yes, I faced same problem, once you pay 3500 thats it . you willn ot get any further support... seems very poor customer service center or fraud.

Reliance Broadband — Money Not Refunded from Reliance tied with Vriti-interactive

I have applied in reliance customer support mail id <[protected]@relianceada.com> for broadband on 3rd Nov. Next day a guy (Gurvinder-[protected], gurvinder.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com) from Vriti-Interactive called me and offered me a reliance datacard plan. 4th Nov I have paid online Rs.8495 for an unlimited 1year plan and they delivered me the datacard on 6th Nov and told me that my account will be activated within Monday i.e7th Nov. As my account was not activated I called them several times and at last 12th Nov Mr. Rajesh form Vriti called me and said that the plan they have offered me does not even exist in Kolkata and tried to convince me that I can take any other available offers. But I rejected their offer and told them to refund my money immediately. After that on 18th Nov Mr. Sumith Surendran <reliance.[protected]@vriti.com>sent me a mail that and the mail says –
We would like to inform you that we have cancelled your Reliance Broadband services and the refund cheque shall be delivered to you within next 8-10 working days. We request you to kindly bear with us in the interim and confirm us with receipt of the same.
I waited for their response, sent e-mail, called them several times and on 15th Dec again Mr. Sumith snet me a mail saying –
We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform you that we are sending you the refund cheque (cheque number 781983) and the same shall be delivered to you within next 2-3 working days. Hope you will bear with us in the interim.
But till now there is no response from their side. I have called them a thousand times. Sometimes they pick up the phone and gave me some excuse, sometimes they make the phone on hold. I don’t know what to do. Please tell vriti-interactive to refund my money immediately.

Pls confirm that the cheque has been delivered to you 3 weeks ago. While writing a complaint, always take care to mention that the issue has been resolved as well. Customers like you always crib even after the issue has been resolved in your favour and the company making loss because of you.

They are the cheaters on the earth, i have been cheated like this 2 months back, in fact i am trying to reachout Reliance sales manager ([protected]), he is also not picking up the call. They took my Data card (3, 500/-) 2 months back and they promissed that they will replace it, but still now, i did not get any reply. Worest service and Never buy reliance data card.

I also got a reliance data-card online from same vendor. I got the data-card and it worked fine for me. But they asked me 1500/- deposit for the data-card and told that I will get this refunded after 3months from any reliance world. Now I lost my data-card so I went to reliance worl for termination of data-card and asked for 1500/- refund. They said there is no entry for the 1500/- in thier account. So people from vriti Interective kept that money with them. Now when I sent a mail regarding this to Albert a senior person in Vriti he did not reply as before he used to reply for the queries.


They are playing games with the customes and making money.

I am also facing the same problem. I have given my contact details and email details on Airtel site for interest in Digital TV. Next day i got call from Sharad Dixit([protected]). He told that i am from Airtel and given detail of Digital TV Plans also told that if you are making order right now till late night we will install the Digital TV.He send a mail regarding the offers including a link for payment. I made payment on the link and inform him the reference no. He told that he will be sending request No in mail . Later he did not send any mail. When i am calling he is not picking the phone. When i checked the link on which i made payment that was not from Airtel it was http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm.
I don't know from where he got my contact no and email Id, though i have only provided on Airtel Site. Now i don't know what to do. I blocked my Credit card. I don't know whether the Transaction can be cancelled by Credit Card company or not. let us see..

Same problem as Naveen Kumar. Registered on the Airtel Site, Get an email from a guy called Rizwan Ahmed - Vriti-Interactive. He seems to have my e-mail ID and my telephone number and he also seems to know that I want an Airtel DTH connection. I make a payment by clicking on that link provided in the email (we have been told umpteen number of times by various people not to click on any link and make a payment) and never receive an email with the details. Trying to call the number provided is absolutely useless.

I've sent an e-mail to Airtel Customer support, waiting for their response too.

After 5 hours of agony and maybe 200 attempts on the phone, I finally reveived an email with all the details from airtel.[protected]@vriti.com.
Called Airtel Cutomer care instantly and registered all the voucher numbers. One of the numbers did not work but it does not matter as the the other voucher numbers totalled the I amount I payed for.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I am recently duped by Same Arun Verma of Vriti Interactive. He sold me a Reliance Data Card with a Fake Plan promising some free usage and prepaid scheme and later it turned out to be a pocket burning scheme.

I complained to Reliance and they say cant do anything about it. As Vriti is official Reliance Partner, they are also supporting them in selling this fake deals and are a part of bigger scam.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM VRITI INTERACTIVE - Online Deals or Even from Reliance as they are also favouring them by not taking any action.

I am going to write letters to VP - Customer Services of Reliance Infocomm asking them to refund my money.

Please BEWARE of VRITI ...and the Below Person and catch him to punish him if you can...

I wish I would have gone through these comments before getting trapped by these guys. I paid Rs.2200/- for online reliance data card deal. I got the card but it is not activated yet. This guy is not picking up the phone.
