I am a regular and frequent traveller by VRL ROADLINES. I have found to my dismay, the high handed attitude and rude, arguementative behaviour by both the driver and cleaner only on the Mumbai route.. i am writing this as I prefer to have a eventless and a happy journey and always prefer to travel with reputed companies on all modes of transport, both road and air and not be under the mercy of the bad behaviour of tour operators..
I am travelling today by VRL ROADLINES. This is the 8.30 bus route from Mumbai to Dharwad. I am writing this from the bus.
I asked the driver to put the a/c on as the bus was stationed at Craford Market in front of the agent's place. And he refused saying the a/c will be put on only after the bus leaves the premises. If you are aware of Mumbai weather, it is very sultry and we cannot manage without an a/c, especially in a bus which is completely sealed and is meant for travel by a/c only. it is so miserable inside, humid, sticky and I am sweating profusely. Can you please advise the company accordingly to deliver the service what we pay for. Or are we supposed to be at the mercy of a driver.
During my previous journey on the same route, I was denied the luggage acknowledgement slip and had to fight for it though it is my right and is also a system that has been introduced by the company for the passengers' welfare.
These may sound to be trivial complaints but if they go unnoticed, it can only grow larger and can go out of control especially with the magnutute of VRL's size of business. Only the customer will suffer. Can you kindly have this complaint addressed to the company at the earliest please.
