vsat payment — excess cost on account of vsat

we are running a franchise at Srinagar in the name of Mr.Arfat shah. we have been cheated by the regional office at Chandigarh. who have charged an amount of Rs.75000/= as v sat cost instead of Rs.40000/= we have time an again requested the regional office, to reimburse the payment back to our end., as we will trade through internet. but it seem that they are not taking any cognizance of the requests. You are requested to impress upon the regional office, and help us in reimbursement of the money charged by the said office at an earliest.
