my original phone no. 26656063 was shifted from jayanagar, bangallore 560041 to konanakunte exchange with a new phone no. 26324205. i have postpaid internet dial up connection and also dataone broadband connection in old phone . broadband connection is working ok on my new number. but i am unable to access my dial up connection from my new phone number. pllease advise and enable . my dialup internet account is active. what should i do pl reply

Please check up our connection.VSNL is not accepting many of the mails.It is getting bounce..

VSNL.NET — internet Not working Properly Last Two Day

We complained for our internet which is not working properly from last two days. we complained in your company but they didn't give proper response. Whenever we complained there, they always told that our company's service man come in one hour.

SIR, what is this network still now i logged a complaint that we were getting a download speed of around 2to 23 kbps download speed as we have opted for 256kbps speed but now we are only getting 0.2kbps download speed.i'm defnitely feeling very uncomfotable with your network.i'm fed up logging complaints several times and the action should be taken immediately

yes it is true there is no resolution they are taking a lot of time to resolve the problem
