[Resolved]  vSplash TechLabs Pvt Ltd — Cheeated by Avis Solutions

We started a outbound sales call center and hired the services of Avis solutions, For their Asterisk based Predictive dialer solution christened as Contaque.
Their Hyderabad contact Mr. Bakhtiyar promised us to setup a demo for 10 days and once we started the demo he started black mailing us by telling that we have promised him to pay before that demo, whereas he only committed that they will show the demo and then they will raise the invoice.

They suddenly disabled our services and forced us in to a situation where we can not decide what we should do.

This is just to make aware ant Outbound call center that this company is a complete cheat and you should never rely.

Service is really bad and they sell cloned hardware on that name of Sangoma and Audio code.

They have done this with multiple companies AVIS Solutions and contaque can never be trusted.
CLARIFICATION TO THE COMPLAINT REGISTERED BY V SPLASH :

Sequence of Events:

Mr. Bakhtiyar our Hyderabad Head of Operations had met V Splash management as they had desired to set up a domestic call center for V Splash in Hyderabad, during the meeting v splash has also asked for the demo before placing the order to have hands on feel of the solution.

Avis agreed as a special case for a short term trial / demo and for which AVIS specially sent one E 1 cards/ Audio Codes / head set and dial pads for the demo. Avis team gave demo to the V splash team & they were happy. Commercial offer was given & a PO was released for the Dila pad / Headsets but in the PO there was no mention of E1 Card / Audio codes / Dialer.

AVIS management then sent a mail to V splash that:

#There can be no free trial for 15 days as the E 1 card has to be returned to the hardware vendor.

# There is no mention of the purchase of E 1 card in their P.O, & Because the E 1 card sent to you is a new one. It will have to be either bought or returned by Saturday august 7th.

# Also, for a free trial or paid operations, one would need an Audio code; there is no mention of that too.


But V splash wanted to extend the demo which was not possible as in our earlier mail we had to return the card to vendor, since we could not extend the demo & there was no commercial commitment, we had to get the hardware sent for demo back & also remove our Dialer software. When this was being communicated to V splash, there team misbehaved with our engineer, however, our team behaved with restraint & got the sorted out.

CLARIFICATION :

Then came this complaint, which has come as a surprise. We had also sent a mail to their top management to know as to how they wanted to move ahead as all clients are valuable to us. AVIS has enough e mails to certify all what we have mentioned above.

Anyways, the point we would like to clarify here is that there was no commercial transaction at all & hence, we had no choice but to get the hardware back & our remove our S/W.

Also to clarify, Audiocode / Sangoma are international companies & we only market their products in India. Hence, calling us a clone Hardware supplier is absolutely meaningless..As regards to S/W, there are more than 270 call centers worldwide, who after proper evaluation have got our S/W for their businesses in & outside India .

Clarification from Avis is right from their side...I completely agree with Avis
Man, I think you don't have money to pay them [Avis], their services are really very good, but what they can do if you don't money to pay them.

It seems you are a defaulter customer for all Contact Center Solutions.

Nothing is free in life man wake up.
I donot know much about Avis, but I know Mr. Tushar Sinha. He had hired my services a couple of years ago for their(VSplash) annual day get together at Alankritha.He never bothered to pay me till date, after a couple of phone calls I understood the character of the gentleman on the otherside & left the issue. I only say that a man who cannot honour small payments should his words be taken in to account at all!!!
The fact that he has lodged a complaint makes believe that Avis would not be at fault but Mr. Sinha :)
If Mr. Umesh (Big Boss of VSPLASH) bothers to read this & remembers how good our presentation was, I'm sure he would redress.
