I own VW POLO Petrol Comfort line, the car was purchased from ABRA MOTORS, T.Nagar CHENNAI.
I called to more than 5 times to book for service to rectify following problems.
1. Lot of wobbling on the car, because of Wheel alignment & tires uniform issues.
2. The Engine Guard was broken; I want replace engine guard for that I booked the complaint more than three times but no response VW service centers.
3. Engine Noise is horrible, though its petrol version.
4. Engine vibrating horribly The VW POLO PERTOL design fails, because lot of noise is heard from engine and the tires and road, inside the passenger cabin which causes irritation. After driving for few kilometers the vibrations get more intense and are felt through steering, dashboard, side arm rest and seats as they vibrate and make the journey tiring and boring for driver and passengers as well.
I could see lot of wobbling because Wheel alignment issues, Lot of noise while driving. I am not finding any smooth drive with this car and these things was disclosed to service adviser in order to seek appointment but not a good response.
I waited until first service done to see whether problems will fixed, however after first service problems still remains the same. In fact I could see more noise in the car after first service.
When I walked into service center to discuss with Service Center manager (Mr Murali, VW Ambattur service Center Chennai), I got horrible response from him, “he said except you no other customers reported these problems, so we can’t do anything with our car Issues’ when service Manager replays this way who else will help us to correct issues with the car.
There are two service centers in Chennai and I called up both place especially to replace engine Guard and they told they will get back to me. It’s been almost 4 months since I called then but not response.
