-I have purchased Sony Ericsson W302. It is still in warranty period. On charging the phone, a message was displayed - " Unknown Charger". I approached the nearest Sony Ericsson Service Centre. They deposited the phone and generated the work order no. SE309SG112117.
-On recieving the phone, the message is no more displayed but charging does not proceed for more the 10 minutes. The Second Job Order No. is SE309SG112399.
-On recieving the phone again, the complain is same as above. Third Job Order no. is SE309SG112611.
- On receving the phone again, they are now saying that the phone is liquid damaged... if it is liquid damaged why didnt they tell this on first day..
- I have sent several mails regarding this to service center but i have not received any reply from them..
- i have also tried calling custemer support..bt no use
This is not the kind of service expected from Sony Erricson.
-The timings of the service centre overlap with any working employee in Indian Conditions and always find it closed. Still when I manage to reach there on time, I get dissappointed with the result.
