Sub.: Complain against sony service center Borivli (West) S. G. Ifotect
I have W350i Mobile handset of SONYERICSSON a well known company which is under gurantee/warrenty right now. The Handsfree of which is not working properly as there was Audio problem with handset. The problem started after using it around 5 months. Hence I was forced to get it replaced from service center in Borivli (West) on 01/04/2009 . First of all person attending the customer Mr. Zamul Labideen Shaikh was very rude and refused to gave me a date in writing on Acknowledgement on which I will get the new handfree back after submiting the old one. Also the phone no. printed on the Acknowledgement i. e.[protected] is attented by no one even between working hours. Inspite of many telephonic calls and personal visits stiill as on 9th may 2009 I have not yet received my handsfree.
Under such circumstances I claim a sum of Rs. 25000/- against loss of my valuable time and money with in 7 working days by an A/c Payee cheque favouring Nirav Anil Abhani.
