Wagonr New vxi white model — car is not allocated when booking taken earlier

i was booked my new wagoner vxi (white color) model on 26/04/2010
from the salaes executive of kiran motors your authorised dealer told me on 26th april my Car will be booked for 16/05/2010 and gave me booking receipt of 10,000 Rs. and i take my car by loan not cash my loan was passed on 12/05/2010 i was tell to executive my loan was passed when i given to you that loan cheque then executive eas told me car was not allocated to you car not came on 16/05/2010 for you then i alsotalk with his Team leader prashant singh (PAL) yeaterday about that then he was also told me car is not available in his show rooom.then i also some told him when car will came he simple told me that's not confirm when car will came.then told me who will pay interest of my loan? who was responsible for this?
i m very frusted with the answer of kiran motors team leadr when he knows car will came then why he take booking give the commitment to the customer.
please give me reponse/reply.
